Used to be good..... Not sure what changed recently. I'd say it's definitely going down hill. I may have to go out of my way to Troy now. Crust was paper thin. The kids can't even read simple instructions. You ask for 1 thing extra and they can't make sure it's added to your pizza.

THE DOMINOS PIZZA IN TROY, OHIO ARE THEIVES!!!!!
I ordered my pizza on 9/2/23 at 7:12pm. It said it would be ready between 7:38 and 7:48. Following the 2 min. tracker, it says the pizza was complete at 7:49. I sat and waited. A few minutes later, I notice the timer was stopped at :26 but I did not have my pizza. I waited another 4 minutes or so. Finally, a guy brings out my pizza. I asked him, “Hey can you explain to me why the timer stopped at :26 and that was a few minutes ago? He was already walking away and said “Do you want your pizza or not?” I replied, “Yes, I paid for it but I want to know why the timer was stopped?”. He said “I don't have time for this.” reached back in my car, took the pizza I paid for and walked off. In shock I said “Where the F$%^ you going with my pizza!?!” Now, he tries to blame me and says you don't get to cuss at me, you don't get the pizza and goes back inside. At this point I am beyond mad. I have to go inside and they say they will refund me “later” and to leave. Needless to say I again called him out because this was all over the fact he did not want to honor the timer deal. Finally after refusing to leave they refunded my money. I want it to be known that the manager/owner whoever he is that refused to give me his name is a crook and a lier. I know that he is the father of a kid that works there that was yelling at me too. Dominos has lost a customer for life and I will do everything in my power to let everyone know about this guy so he doesn't steal from others.
my family always orders dominos. It would be nice if I could get the dipping sauces I paid for!

Tried to use coupons that domino sent me by email would not go through tried to get store to honor They kept telling me I was using the wrong store so I went home try it again make sure I had the right store still would not go through quite disappointed I will choose a different Restaurant for my pizza this not the only time this has happened and employees don't care
