The man working the drive thru was rude. And we wanted a doughnut and he was like like we only have three left. Glazed and Strawberry. How are you not going to have doughnuts?

Ordering at the drive thru is hit or miss if you get the correct order. Ordering through the mobile app means you have to use the mobile lane. The design on the mobile lane is atrocious. Its a separate lane that has you stop, then cross over into the drive thru lane to a second window. But its a short distance so you have to sit at an awkward angle to get your order or pull through and then back up to get your order.

I didn't even want to give one star. Stopped here for the first time at 11 am to get a donut and coffee. They were completely out of donuts. The lady at the drive up said they had been out of donuts since 9 am. What?? A DONUT shop with NO DONUTS. Never had that happen at a Dunkin before. May as well change your name to NUTHIN DUNKIN!

When you order a drink and they don't even fill it up all the way and having to repeat yourself because they would rather talk to each other then listen to you and also very gross tasted expired wintersville is way better

You know it’s unfortunate they make terrible name for Dunkin. They will have you in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there are no cars at the window, just a long line. You pull up to the speaker and they have you wait another 8 minutes. They’re absolutely terrible. Today was my last day ever going to that branch. Starbucks would neverrrrrrr!!! Get those employees out of there IMMEDIATELY

This place Is awsome they get my drink right all the time. Wednesday April 23 2025 I went to this store wanted something different and asked the worker what she recommended and I got a raspberry refresher and it was awsome idk who she was but I went around 330pm and she was great. Love my Toronto location.

Update::::: this place rocks every time I come thur my workers don't disappoint. They know who they are. My refreshers are always the bomb they kill it, got me hooked on the green tea baby. See ya on my days Thursday, Friday. Saturday and Sunday. Keep it up......
Update went to DD on 06/28/25 and I got the new refresher they have and im telling you it is now my new favorite drink I hope they keep this on its fire.... I got it with raspberry strawberry and wow it's fire i will be ordering this when I go to DD

Dont try and get donuts after lunch to close. They close their inside and stock donuts for the next day and won't sell them.

The drive thru is terrible. If you order online, you have to get in a different lane to get to the second window, but you have to cut across in front of the cars in the other lane, and back up to get close enough to the window. It's very awkward, especially if you are in a longer vehicle. One day I waited 20 minutes at the second window, while people at the first window kept getting their orders and leaving. One rude lady laughed really loud out her window at me as she drove by.

First time coming here, and last, as we were driving from out of town. Never been to a Dunkin with a mobile order lane and we were in a hurry. Boss man up front decided to scold us like we were children about going into the wrong line, must’ve ruined his whole day I guess. Mind you there was maybe one or two other cars and it took about 15 minutes to get two drinks and a handful of attitude from the guy working.
