Miss the personal interaction. No condiments, napkins, refills unless you happen to catch the eye of a person bringing out orders. Missing item from order and then have a line of others in the same situation. I honestly don’t blame the staff working but the impersonal set-up is doomed for issues.

This location needs training. They cannot even read a mobile order and get it correct. Perhaps install a pictionary screen showing how to create EVERY order. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with NO MUSTARD, NO KETCHUP, NO ONION, and NO PICKLE. On the app it shows the order correctly. Once I am home it has all the condiments I removed. You want $15 an hour? You deserve $3. Pick an idiot here and fire them.

CONSISTENTLY get orders wrong and have missing food items, even though they charge it correctly. When you call to fix it, they refuse to do anything about it - no refund, no fixing the order, nothing.
