As far as Subways go, this place is a top tier Subway experience. The produce on the line was all fresh and well maintained, with very clean counters. The italian herb and cheese bread had generous amounts of both cheese and herbs baked into the bread. Much more of it than most Subways I have been to (and I am an avid Subway goer). The staff was responsive to special requests, giving me a proper extra toast, whereas at many other Subways it feels like pulling teeth to get a true extra toast. They also have connections with their regulars, one of which was present during my visit. I would happily stop by this Subway again on the way to or from my in-laws.
Stopped in 2 days in a row and both times the staff was exceptionally friendly and quick with my order!
Went in today to get the family 4 subs. The place was clean , the food was great, and the staff were very nice and friendly. Outstanding job!
Staff was great and fulfilled my order exactly as asked. I asked the to cut subs in 3rd, bit they were low on papers to wrap Individually. The lettuce looked really gross had to avoid a ll veggies.

The reason that I give this restaurant two stars is because they barely get my sandwich right, when I have complained to the manager she acts like it's the first time she's ever spoke to me and that is not true at all. I have made several complaints in the past. I rarely complain on any business when I do it's because it deserves to be complained about. The manager did however suggest that I order from a different subway. Ok I will do that. I suggest they do their job. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt...

They rarely seem to get any of our online orders right. The managers cover for their employees and seemed unfriendly, instead of training them and or correcting them. I cant tell you how many times we have ordered 2 of the exact sandwiches, just to get two different ones. They never forget to charge though! I was told recently by the manager to try ordering from another location. What a mindset to have fir your store. I will never be back and I know people who say the same.

Customer service online is awful. Got a hair in my food and reached out with no resolution. Won’t be coming back.

First time I've been to a subway in 5+ years. Prices were definitely higher than I expected but not astronomical. I got the custom vegetable sandwich meal and the person serving me was getting trained but did a good job, especially for having to deal with someone who had no idea what they were doing while ordering.Their lemonade was out when I was there but they had tea, the fountain drinks, and some options in the cooler for beverages.Very clean inside and smelled like the food which was pleasant.
Vegetarian options: Not a ton of options, but they have the custom footlong (or half foot) sandwich that you can get vegetables as the protein option. They seem to switch gloves occasionally if you are worried about them touching the meat at the same time, but like all deli style serving, there is always a chance of a bit falling in as they move. It all looked clean and didn't have a lot of overflow but if you are very strict/have an allergy it might be safer to avoid.

completely average and fine subway, with occasional mishaps here and there that are more funny than annoying. 7/10 (rounded up to 4 stars).
The update inside looks really nice. I don't like feeling rushed when trying to give my order. Now, when you go to pay, they want you to tip them. For what? Doing their job? It's not like they are going above and beyond what they used to do. That makes the customer feel awkward. Minus 1 star for that.
