First time i order they got my pizza wrong then had me waited another 20 mins and there power went out. Place is a joke.

Went to order our tegular order of a medium big cheese pizza. Canceled it because price went up to over $27.00 before tip. After 60 years we no longer can afford our favorite pizza. Sad

Food was okay/good but unimpressed with the service. We had a party of six. We said for here when we ordered but received all of our food in boxes without plates. We had to ask for plates and did receive them. But the boxes all over the table made things a little weird and cluttered. Two people in our party ordered small pizzas. One received a regular small pizza and the other got a personal size pizza. Their personal pizza is very very small. Had we all received the personal size I might understand the confusion. It just didn't make sense.

I used to love this place. The new owner Katie changed that. She talks to her employees like they are stupid, and when you wait too long, she tells you it hasn't been that long and refuses to refund your money even though you youre over it. 👎 Go to Jets

Last night we ordered 80$ worth and they forgot to bring the drinks. We called back and told them about it and they said we will be there in 10 minutes. They never brought the drinks. Today I went to the store to get my two diet Pepsi and asked why they didn't bring them last night and they said something about a wrong ticket number. Either way nothing to drink with our subs sucks and nothing free today to make up for it? I'm done with you unless you bring us a free pizza tonight. Your choice. PS we throw a lot of money your way each year.

Really great pizza.. but I don't know where this trend started by cutting your pizza into 1 inch by 1 inch cubes is ridiculous. The sausage is bigger then the slices. I don't need my pizza cut into bite size pieces

$40 Dollars for 2 small hogies that they got both wrong. I got a ham and cheese Sandwich. Push me steakhog the original in a 7 inch pizza. Will never purchase casanos ever again. Don't waste your money

Stood at counter for about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Pizza was worst one I ever had. Was way over cooked and looked more burnt than not. Will not be back to this establishment. Would not recommend it to anyone.

First time trying Cassanos and it was awesome! The tiny bite size squares they cut the pizza into are so fun and mess free! Huge flavor and the employees were all so kind. The perfect pizza party pizza!!
