Worst customer service extremely poor communication skills.
I was at Domino's tonight and had the MOST pleasant experience. The assistant manager Chris helped me and our pizza was taken by the delivery driver, but Chris made it correct. We were given a refund for our time waiting. He was so sweet and caring. It's hard to find managers who ACTUALLY care. It will be in Domino's best interest to keep him as long as you're able. He has the drive and knowledge to help Domino's grow. I was in the restaurant and pizza business for 25 years

We placed our order online. The pizzas were ready when stated. Cooked to perfection and hot. The young man at the pick up window was very pleasant.

This is my edpirence I tried to get a pizza with my profile and it said that My password is not good so I tried another way but didn't work I don't care about my points I'm really done with you guys I'm done with all the games I'll just use my phone and call a real pizza place
The pizza was so bad my dog didn’t even want any of it and she’ll eat anything! That was the remade pizza. I couldn’t wait any longer after one remake. Their 15 minutes was more like 30.

A few weeks ago ordered two thin crust pizzas. (Fewer carbs.) Got a text telling me my order passed quality check, but I waited until I got the text that it was ready for pick up 26 minutes later. Both pizzas were burned to a crisp.
Tonight I placed the same order, but did not wait for the text to pick up. Pizzas were not burned but were totally dried out. If there had ever been any sauce at all it had evaporated.
I conclude that Dominos is stingy on the sauce and lazy or inattentive about taking it out of the oven on time, and notifying customer when order is ready. I’ve had some really good pizza and sandwiches from Domino’s but not lately.
UPDATE Feb 17, 2025. I swore off Dominos after all the previous disappointments but this afternoon I was unable to get my grocery order (another story) so reluctantly turned to Domino’s one last time. I ordered two pizzas and soon got a text “in the oven, ready 8-10 minutes. So I got there in ten minutes. Went to drive up window and waited another 10 minutes. People inside wouldn’t even look at me. Started hitting the horn, they looked but wouldn’t make eye contact. The car in line behind me pulled around and left. I waited a full 20 minutes after the order should have been ready and then I left. NEVER AGAIN, DOMINO’S! I mean it this time. I never had experiences like this at Domino’s until I moved here last September. But here, bad service, bad food and poor communications.

I am leaving this review because my grandmother had purchased a Philly cheesesteak pizza from the Trenton Ohio lactation and once she picked it up it was burnt. She had already left and called to notify them what had happened. Lisa told her that she could make her a new one so she went to do the exchange. Christian (night shift manager) was extremely rude and would not remake the pizza and told my grandmother that Lisa was going to get written up for this. I have looked up the policy and any pizza not up to satisfaction can be remade FREE OF CHARGE if uneaten and within 2 hours. This was not the case, she called me upset so I called the Trenton location in which Christian proceeded to argue with me back and forth and let me know that he didn’t care about how distasteful his service was. I am disappointed with how the Trenton location has changed and the assistant manager has treated the customers and their staff this way. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a loyal customer to this specific location and I will no longer do business there as long as Christian still works there. I will be contacting candy directly as I feel he will also cause issues along the way with other returning customers. This is bad for your business dominos!

Doesn't deserve a one star! This place is terrible. We gave it a second chance, but it failed!! Ordered a chicken parmasan sandwich and guess what, there was literally a tiny bit of chicken. And ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and hardly any Alfredo sauce. It was very dry just like the last time we ordered. I guess Its cheap for a reason. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We will never eat here again!
Always fast and affordable. I can’t have dairy, so I get a pizza with no cheese and they are great about making my order correctly. We love this location! My family gets a normal pizza with cheese and they love it!
