This was honestly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The food had a chemical taste, the rice and meat were all dry and overcooked and underseasoned. Their vegetables tasted like dirt. Egg rolls were horrible chemical tasting cabbage and limp slime. Chemical cabbage taste in the fried dumplings.They even have bad crab rangoons. I'm really disappointed. 66 dollars of largely inedible food.

Food was great but overall customer service ! TRASH, I asked the guy politely who walked past me could he help me with the gumball machine because it wasn’t working he looked me dead in the face ignored me I thought he walked away to go get help nope straight up ignored me and walked off! I go to the front to address the guy with the circular glasses has an attitude he doesn’t speak any English like ok ? Most people nod or say that he just looked at me with a straight face ignored me! I spent 67$ at this establishment it’s bad enough the guy at the register had an attitude already but the white people coming in he had an extremely great attitude towards… won’t be back!

For starters if you’re a self service/take out establishment … why allow us to eat in ?
Two: The team member at the register was not polite when I said I wouldn’t be back he did have an attitude, again he seemed bothered upon us walking in anyways but I ignored it Three: Yes you did bring my food and I appreciated that, but the way I was ignored upon asking for help weather that individual spoke English or not was ridiculous I’ve ran into a lot of people of other races/countries if they don’t speak English they say it in ways to let you know not just walk past you after looking in your face and walk off
AGAIN The register guy already seemed agitated upon taking my order but I brushed it off what bothered me was that incident. Like I said food great customer service TERRIBLE .

We got the chicken lo mein and pork lo mein. Both VERY bland and dry. The egg roll was also extremely bland and very dough (not cooked all of the way through). The crab rangoons tasted like straight onions and the orange chicken was SO spicy we couldn't even eat it. Do not recommend. Save your money and go to McDonalds..

The only thing that could possibly complain about are the new egg rolls they're good if we could go back to the original that would be great but these are stuffed with nothing but cabbage and they're not good. On the other side of the coin the crab wagons are the best.

DISAPPOINTING!!!! I'm one who loves chinese food but this place was pitiful. Boy at register was to busy on his phone texting to take an order. I got boneless bbq spareribs. Got home and they are bone dry! No sauce on them completely dry with the meat just as dry. My orange chicken I asked for spicy and it was simply not with broccoli that looks completely old. Tast over all is bland. Never will go back and strongly recommend you don't waste your money. If you want good food Hunan Bistro in Middletown always impresses me.

Use to eat here when I was a kid and it tasted just as good as I remember. The tofu in particular was perfectly cooked.
I'll definitely be coming back whenever I visit!

Used to be the best. Sweet and sour sauce was watered down. Egg roll was blah. General Tso had a weird texture. Chicken broccoli was good though! It saved me from giving a 1 star. And there were no packages of sauce!
