I ordered 4 pizzas 2 were not made right. They were missing pepperoni, sausage and the sauce. How do you miss the sauce and the toppings? Do better little ceasers management. You need to retrain your staff.

I’ve had little ceasers a lot in past but this location is just absolutely disgusting and disgraceful to the little ceasers name my pizza tasted like I was eating moldy and maggot filled trash. The service is just absolutely disgusting too! Pizza is never done and always makes you feel like you have food poisoning and makes you feel so disgusting afterwards to where you just wanna make your self throw up. This location should be condemned. Every other location is great tho I would assume just this location is trash.

Hopefully they shut this location down and let the smoke shop expand. Not an ideal outcome but I’ll order a skin flute before I ever walk in this place again. The kid made me stand at the counter for 10 mins. I was honestly unsure if anyone was there. But the door was unlocked and open? After he finally appeared from whatever place he was hiding inside the 27 sq ft establishment, I couldn’t understand the kid. Super low squeaky voice and sounded like Kermit the frog. I wasn’t begging for food and damn sure wasn’t begging for ole boy to speak up. Y’all should just hang up the sign, go home and stay home.

Love LC but god, the Trenton location is an atrocity. The pizza itself is usually fine in my experience, but the service is beyond bad. They constantly open late and close early; I have on multiple occasions tried to place an in-person order within an hour or two of the establishment opening based on both hours listed online and the sign on the door, and will either recieve no service or be outright turned away. They do tend to get online orders done on time, but those still are late sometimes (and when they are, it's by a lot.) Furthermore, trying to get marinara or any sauce that isn't just in their little holders than you can freely take from is a lost cause. I've sat and waiting for ~5 minutes in the store after retrieving my food just waiting to get the marinara I paid for, only to give up and leave because the kitchen would just flat out appear empty. On top of everything else, while I normally wouldn't hold it against them, nobody here seems to speak fluent English. They typically can understand you well enough, but trying to communicate is sometimes hard as a result especially considering their thick accents. Seriously though, this place never opens on time. Placed an order ahead of time and am currently sitting outside 30 minutes after they're meant to open and there is still no tracked progress on my order, wishing I had the option to just refund it at this point rather than wait an eternity.

The people working couldn’t communicate with us. They spoke only Spanish. Was an hour late on making a ten pizzas that were ordered the day prior by phone. Wouldn’t discount it. They gave us a rock hard pizza as a sorry spent 70 dollars. It was a mess and will never go back to this location. Especially since they can’t even speak to u. Such a shame. I’d do a zero stars if I could. Middletown location here on out.

Unfortunately it's the worst little Caesars we've ever encountered. The phone is NEVER answered, they always say there's something wrong with the line. Service is unfriendly, and feels like you're bothering them. Could be a great place.
the dude working was rude to the woman in front of us in line when she asked for her cup of pizza sauce, he was stocking the sodas in the cooler for like 10 minutes while we all stood in line waiting till she finally asked him about it, then after that woman left without the sauce she paid for he just continued stocking the fridge. finally he came around to get our order we just got a plain hot and ready pepperoni and it was the worst one i ever had for real and i been eating this pizza my whole life. the dough was old and it tasted like it been sitting there for 4 hours. this franchise is wack at least take care of your customers, i’ve worked in the pizza business for years and that type of service don’t fly where im at like i get its little caesars but if yall want a successful business it starts by making the people who keep you in business happy
