We are extremely disappointed. We ordered an extra most bestest pizza and asked for crazy bread with extra cheese and what we got in return was a pizza where the cheese and toppings were half off the pizza and the bread had almost no cheese but extra butter… we drove a decent drive to give them a shot. The people were nice but we will NEVER go back. I highly DONT recommend.

This location is terrible. Only one person working spoke English. Either gave my online order to another person or more likely never even made my order. Then had me wait for 20 minutes for me to still not receive any food before I just got a refund and left. Save yourself the trouble and go to casanos or even dominos cus this place isn't worth it.

This store is an absolute joke. We ordered pizzas for a birthday party and never received them. It has been 30 days and still no refund. The call center has been zero help and the employees at this location are clueless. Figured I’d give an update. Still no refund, been over 30 days, corporate is NO help at all. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs.
Not sure why I come back, I always have a terrible experience here. Showed up a couple mins after my online order told me to and my order still wasn't ready for another 12 mins. Was waiting on the crazy bread while my pizza sat on the counter getting cold. When it was finally ready the employee with blue hair asked if I wanted to sauce for the crazy bread. Obviously I did and she seemed annoyed that I did and went to the back to get it. I then checked my pizza and the pretzel crust didn't have salt on it and she informed me they were out and said my salt at home would work just fine. Rude. I wouldn't have gotten pretzel crust if I knew they were out of the salt. Just always have the same poor customer service and food always takes forever. Employees also are always very loud talking about personal matters and complaining about working.

Little Caesars in Trenton Ohio did not do me justice today. They asked me if I wanted a mostest pepperoni because it was already made I said no I wanted fresh. Guess what 10 minutes later I came back for my regular pepperoni and I got a mostest that was already made! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Drove from Hamilton to the Trenton location cause the ones in Hamilton takes 45 minutes to get uncooked pizza we heard this one was a good one and they didn't disappoint only to 20 minutes and the pizza was cooked
