Drove from Hamilton to the Trenton location cause the ones in Hamilton takes 45 minutes to get uncooked pizza we heard this one was a good one and they didn't disappoint only to 20 minutes and the pizza was cooked

Always reset customer expectations even if it's "I'll be with you in just a few minutes.."The team seemed slammed and was working hard in the heat. The food was excellent. I would return again, however I hope that I won't be standing in the lobby with my food in the heat lamp for 10 minutes while I wait for service..Thanks for your efforts.

So disappointing when you ask for a pretzel crust and you get all of the way back to work and find a regular pepperoni pizza in the box. Girls in the store were super nice. Wings were great. Just need more attention to detail when it comes to pulling pizzas.

Placed two orders about 5 min apart. Showed up when they said the second order would be ready. Waited 15 min to be helped my first order was given to me. Paid for the second order and when the person went to get it it was gone they had given it to someone else. Tried starting the order over but like my other food was now getting cold. Didn't even offer to discount my order. Told them I wanted a refund.

Well every time I place an order it's wrong. I ordered cheesy bread and I get some other kind of bread. I ordered cheese in the crust pizza with pepperoni, and I don't get cheese on my pizza. They have forgotten my drinks. I could go on. Their buttons on doordash doesn't work on the pizza with cheese in the crust.
Came to pick up a to go order the lady working with purple hair was extremely rude. My pizza was ready and in the box by the counter, and instead of handing me my pizza so I could leave, she came up to the desk, told me someone would be with me, and then went to the back and made me watch her fill up 20 containers of sauce that didn’t pertain to my order, and took her sweet time instead of just handing me my pizza to be rude. No one ever answers the phone at this location. Maybe the staff should be trained on managing their time and customer service and they wouldn’t be so backed up all the time.

Was horrible had nothing ready the lady working front was acting like she was high off something left the door to the pizza heater open and a couple workers that was bent down broke it right off when he stood up and hit his back on it could tell he was really annoyed with her
