Pathetic!!! Asked for a quarter powder cheese only. They gave me one with everything on it. I asked for another with cheese only. They take the sandwich back and give me another and apologize. I get down the road and open the box. NO top bun.... and there was onions still in the box. What the hell. Get your act together. Also ordered nuggets. They were not even look warm

Half the time i'm missing food

The past two days at this McDonald’s have been nothing but a nightmare.

Last night’s visit:
I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon double quarter pounder, 20 piece McNuggets, large fry, and large Dr Pepper. At the window they gave me a regular quarter pounder instead, and the meat was clearly old. This has happened multiple times here, almost like the cooks are too lazy to make fresh food. To make things worse, they didn’t even give me the large fry I paid for, and I had to pull forward and wait while they fixed it. When they finally remade the double quarter pounder, the meat was literally falling apart. I don’t know what they did, but it was terrible. Honestly, the meat at this location is usually bad, and the bread is usually stale.

Today’s visit:
It was even worse. The order taker had no clue what she was doing. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal, and instead of just ringing that up, she kept asking if I wanted two separate cheeseburger meals. She also didn’t know how to make the meal large. When I got to the window, once again they gave me a regular quarter pounder instead of a double, and this time I was missing my two cheeseburgers completely. After going back and finally getting them, I got home only to find that the cheeseburgers didn’t even have mustard or onions on them at all, so they weren’t even made correctly.

At this point every visit to this location feels like babysitting the employees step by step. It should not be this much work just to get a basic meal correct. There is clearly no management, no training, and no care for the customer at this restaurant. On top of that, the owner doesn’t even respond to bad reviews like a real person. They just copy and paste a link telling you to complain to customer service, which is just another example of poor management from the top down. And when you try to call the store, the phone never works, most likely shut off because too many people are calling about their messed up orders.

Final thoughts:
If you come here, expect your order to be wrong almost every single time. The food quality is poor, the staff doesn’t seem to know how to do their jobs, and the management clearly doesn’t care.

This McDonald’s is easily one of the worst run locations I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

WATCH YOUR TOTAL. we ordered 3 of the $5 meals (no upgrades) we were told total would be at the next window, so we didnt see our order. My husband noticed his tea was an upcharge then we noticed all drinks were. We were charged like $1.40 for 2 medium drinks instead of smalls and a bottle water when i only said water. Ring in what i order, dont upcharge people and be sneaky about it

I hate giving this review but I'm not driving to the store a third time tonight; their phones aren't working so I can't just request a credit for another day. I had to go back for the for a missed drink and cold fries. My bad that I didn't check the rest before I made it back home. The chicken inside of my snack wraps were dark brown as if cooked in old oil and so thin they were dried out and inedible. Fast food costs too much for this to be acceptable.

Horrible I have given my local Trenton McDonald's every chance under the sun being new. Doesn't help half their employees came from Engles corner which was horrible. But when your order is messed up you politely talk to manager she makes excuses why it was messed up then it's supposedly fixed so you don't check just to get home and it's wrong again. Like no cheese is no cheese probably the second easiest thing aside from plain.

We ordered two happy meals, They handed us the happy meals with no toys in them without saying anything, When we went back through the drive-through and complained they informed they didn’t have any, they should probably disclose that before we finish our order cause I wasted my points and money on this and now I have two angry toddlers in the back of my car, and I could have just drove down the road to the next one.

#1- this restaurant isn't open 24hrs which I've brought up to the cashiers 3 separate occasions, 1 responded I don't know 2time response- we're going to start 24 hrs over the summer (never happened) 3 time I was told "next year". Just thinking they should start with correct hours and some knowledge of what is going on. They tend not to give napkins easy fix. Other than that we haven't had many problems, but they're newly opened, give them another year, I hope I'm wrong and they get better instead of worse.
( they need to train how to mix flurries, also an easy fix) fast food is a crazy stressful work environment so when criticizing please do it with respect and kindness)
