#1- this restaurant isn't open 24hrs which I've brought up to the cashiers 3 separate occasions, 1 responded I don't know 2time response- we're going to start 24 hrs over the summer (never happened) 3 time I was told "next year". Just thinking they should start with correct hours and some knowledge of what is going on. They tend not to give napkins easy fix. Other than that we haven't had many problems, but they're newly opened, give them another year, I hope I'm wrong and they get better instead of worse. ( they need to train how to mix flurries, also an easy fix) fast food is a crazy stressful work environment so when criticizing please do it with respect and kindness)

Please fix your hours online. Open 24 hours my you know what. 12:43 PM closed. Really easy to fix and fir a multi billion dollar company. Wow!

Advertised as 24 hours but it's not. They close at 11pm. So if you work 2nds or 3rds and google places to eat, don't go here, they aren't open. I wouldn't even be upset but it's not advertised anywhere that the hours changed.

Every.single.time they make me pull up to a spot in the drive thru because my food isn't ready. Every time! So annoying! Experience - wait time of a dine in restaurant Price - cost as much or more than a dine in restaurant Quality - cold food. Often wrong. Often have to circle back around to get replaced

Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal yesterday for breakfast. After eating everything. I had the most weird after taste in my mouth you can imagine. It made me beltch and could taste it Everytime. Through out the day I slowly felt weak and sick to my stomach. Came home and laid down and BAM!!!. OUT OF NOWHERE here it came like a firehouse out of both ends. I have been up night as it continues. It is now 1:45 pm the next day. Still sick as dog. Phone is off at McDonald's can not get a response from anyone. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Ordered a fish sandwich and an unsweet tea. Received a fish sandwich that was so old, cold and nasty I couldn't even eat it for fear of it making me sick. Take a drink of my tea just find out it is the sludgy sweet tea instead of the unsweet tea I ordered. Tried to call and conveniently just receive a message stating no one is available to answer the phone right now.

This place always closes when it's not supposed to be closed and that's getting frustrating. Sometimes they are open after midnight, sometimes they close at 10. What a mess

We placed a mobile order and upon arrival, the order was ready supposedly. The first noticeable thing was our drinks were missing, the young lady got our missing drinks for us. After receiving the order I went to a table to check the accuracy of the rest of the order. Upon further inspection, we were missing our 4 orders of fries. I went back to the counter with the order and talked to the same young lady and she went back and got our fries for us. After checking the other one final time I realized one of the sandwiches wasn't made correctly. Once again another trip to the counter with the same young lady. She had the sandwich remade for us. The young lady took care of the inaccuracies but acted as if she didn't care about them. This was our first trip to this McDonald's and based on the service hopefully our last trip there.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Had to pull to second window to wait for food. Said happy meal was in bag. Got home which was 3 min away, no happy meal in bag, double quarter pounder ice cold and cheese not melted. Fries warm and nuggets old and cold. Aaaand, when you call it says sorry can’t take calls. Wonder why. Tired of ppl complaining about their food and service. Won’t be back and will tell everyone how bad this place is!!!

Showed up at 10 on Friday one of the employees parked a truck in the entrance of the drive thru blocking anyone from ordering the truck was turned off just parked and they could care less.
