My words to the manager: “the pizza is the best in town, and the Italian Steak Sandwich is even better”. But this is really a story about humanity. I stopped at the Richard’s in Trenton, just because I was lost and wanted to ask directions in a familiar place. That was a very busy day with Christmas shopping going on, and I was helpless on the road without my new Spectrum phone service, which had failed to initialize, so I had no voice, Internet, email or GPS. I was trying to find a Spectrum store, desperately. The manager let me use her phone to look up Spectrum locations, and She placed a call for me to one of those locations. No one ever answered. But she apparently felt so sorry for me as I was having a meltdown, she bought me a pizza, On the house. That was such a wonderful gesture, it actually made my day or even my month! I will be back for sure.

We had my retirement party at Richards Friday night and it was great! The staff was very accommodating for us. Rose was such a blessing for us. She set up, made sure we had everything we needed, and even took all of our pictures at the end. Of course the food was great. We really enjoy Richard's Pizza.

Im done buying from here for the past 2 months my orders never been rite. Tonight I spent $39 for Family Alfredo I payed $4.00 for cheese on top of course I didn't get it plus I asked for extra Alfredo of course I didn't get it.these women suck at their job.

Got the Italian Chicken Sandwich was very disappointed the bread was over cooked hard there was hardly any sauce or cheese on it the chicken was kinda cold but I will say there was a ton of onions and green peppers but the only thing is they where cold like the were just sliced I thought that they was supposed to be cooked with the sandwich not added on after all in all it was very bad then I got the loaded fries and again very disappointed the fries had no flavor at all there was a ton of bacon bits I guess but didn't taste like bacon the cheese was a mix of American and mozzarella I guess but was all on on side of the fries and was cold by the time I tried to eat it you know I like the cheese to stretch when you pull a fry out but no that didn't happen so very disappointed on this also.

Went into Richards on Nilles yesterday Sunday 4/27/25,ordered was told 15 min. So I waited for a few minutes listening to the mng and cook cursing and complaining about there job! So...i left, ran errand came back about 20 min later, still was not made. Waited for another 15 min, nothing.3rd time was told they are finishing it now, so I waited another 10 min or so was handed my sandwiches .... They were cold, I don't even think they were cooked! So once again I went back with food and said I want my money back, manager said "u will have to wait" "I don't know how to refund cash", I said it was $21.50 get in your drawer and give me my money back.i was getting frustrated! Finally got my money back but was the worse experience ever! I called Richards on Main ordered and they were great and apologetic for the awful experience on Nilles! Nilles needs training on so many levels...it was ridiculously absurd!
