the employees are always pretty nice but the food is just bad. Every time I get a 3way, the noodles are far overcooked and water logged. And the hot dogs aren’t great either. They’re always mushy.

Everyone was on there phone most of the time no one said anything when we arrived took 10 mins for someone to take our order then when came to check I had left money on counter cause no one was paying attention.

Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is a good place to take the kids. The prices are reasonable and there are good options that they will like.
Arrived May 23 at 1:50 PM. There were 5 workers, no one greeted us. My little boy “who loves Skyline “ sat and waited 15 minutes still nothing. We got up to leave, made eye contact with a server as we approached the door, still nothing. We left and went to the Skyline on Rt 4.where we had great service and food.

For some reason this has gone down hill quickly recently. My last two experiences have been terrible. Two visits ago, there were two servers working with a restaurant full. The kitchen area had probably 6-7 people working it and could not get the food out. Many were standing around doing nothing. When the servers came to get the food for their guests, and nothing was completed, I saw the server put on gloves and made the other staff move out of the way, and she made all of the food! The other server did the same while the kitchen staff sat and watched. It was utterly ridiculous and I really feel for those two servers whose tips often depend on quick service, and no one was doing anything. We came again tonight, there is one server working and many upset customers due to her being overloaded (not her fault at all). The kitchen staff tonight are serving messy food. the chili tasted off like it came out of the can, the onions were huge slices in my coney, and the coneys were just overloaded with chili pouring out all over. When we went to pay, we paid with $100, our bill was $43, and they tried to give us $13 as our change and argued with us on the correct change. It seems like there’s not even a manager working here????

I am a mystery shopper I gave you guys 2 chances I would rate 0 stats if I could. As soon as I walked in the building I noticed there was 7 dirty tables 7 and there was food under the tables... The floors was nasty and the waiter was not professional at all. I will never step foot in there again. I do work with the health department and unfortunately i'm making a report over this restaurant.
