I never got to catch the gentleman’s names but he was incredibly sweet. I was there earlier tonight (8/8/25) at around 9:30pm. He was working alone and was doing a fantastic job. He was moving as fast as possible while making sure the sandwiches looked amazing. He didn’t miss anything on any 4 of our subs and they tasted just as amazing as they looked. Overall an amazing guy. I felt terrible because he was working alone and was getting his butt kicked. Very polite and delicious subs. I hope he had a great rest of his night.
Being short staffed is no excuse to putting orders on back burner I waited my 15min come in and there is a lobby full of people waiting I am told my orders not ready it is not except able to leave 1 season person with a new person on a Friday night it’s not their fault they are behind management do better.
I went picked up my order again today and my 6inch veggie had been toasted with everything on it when I went to tell them it was wrong the young red head boy started getting defensive and telling me that it's a new policy for them to toast any onions and green peppers unless specifically told not to! I have been ordering from there almost every week for past 6 months and I have never had this issue he has been there both times my sandwich was messed up!
I put a pickup order in from the app. My husband went and got the order. Once he got home we realized she didn't put my son's milk or apple sauce in the bag and we were missing the chips. I don't understand how a store can be so empty and still get orders wrong. PLEASE DO BETTER!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Wish I had looked at the reviews b4 I ordered, but I just assumed all Subways followed the same practices and procedures when making sandwiches,.but I could not have been more wrong.
I'm not even going to go into a lot of details bc Idw to write an essay, but at a minimum, I expect fresh and soft bread when I order Subway, however, what I received was hard and chewy and was most definitely not baked today. (Probably not yesterday, either.)
Suffice to say, I'll never be ordering from the Trenton Subway again.

The last few times I got subs here, I did take out.
But the multigrain bread was hard like days old. Came in right around 11am. Maybe they are using old bread from days before? Definitely not fresh. Two times in a row with hard bread is enough to keep me from returning.

Got a chicken teriyaki sub and a ham sub the bread was rock hard and there was barely any chicken on the sub. Was a pick up order.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would! Bread was hard as a rock! The kid was rude and barely would put anything on it. This was my lunch break and I really don't have much money husband's on disability I allow for fastfood for my lunch break on my pay week every 2 weeks, so it's a treat when I do. So disappointed that my $ was wasted. Below is a pic to show how badly the bread crumbles when I tried to eat it

Literally the bread is like three days old i worked at subway two years back in the day and I've never tasted bread so stale and hard it was like eating way outta date bread had to pick the crust of my Italian herbs and cheese off and rip the bottom of pretty much was only eating my toppings and meat the bread was messed bad and the veggies here always brown kinda warm y'all must have them cooler problems to ill never go back

I’m usually very generous with my ratings but probably not for this. I ordered from the app, i waited outside since it says it’s not ready yet. I went right in when the app said it was ready to pickup, guess what, they haven’t started making my order yet. I ordered footlong, they gave me a cup worth of meat like a 6 inch order! Not coming back!! :)

Worst Subway experience. The sandwiches were made wrong and there was hardly any meat on them. It was an online order but it shouldn't matter. I would not recommend ordering online.

I usually have nothing bad to say about any restaurant but I had an awful experience here today at 7:30 pm. An older employee named Troy shouted at and demeaned the 16 year old employee because they were getting behind. He then started slamming the oven and just generally being hostile because he was frustrated. While I understand it can be frustrating for both employees and patrons to have to wait for food, it is highly unprofessional and plain childish to raise your voice and slam things at a teenager. He is a child and it’s just extremely inappropriate. That man should be embarrassed.
