I usually have nothing bad to say about any restaurant but I had an awful experience here today at 7:30 pm. An older employee named Troy shouted at and demeaned the 16 year old employee because they were getting behind. He then started slamming the oven and just generally being hostile because he was frustrated. While I understand it can be frustrating for both employees and patrons to have to wait for food, it is highly unprofessional and plain childish to raise your voice and slam things at a teenager. He is a child and it’s just extremely inappropriate. That man should be embarrassed.

Ordered on app. Get there to pick it up. No.other customers in the store. All the employees were just sitting around. Asked about my order. They said they didn't even see the order come in. Took 20 more minutes to get the food made. Mainly because all they could do was talk to each other. This has happened more than once. Will not be back again. Do yourself a favor, don't bother going there!

We had the absolute worst experience - we placed our online order 3 hours in advance because it did have 7 items. They did not even start working on it until we got there - weighted 20 minutes as one young worker tried to do it by himself and then another worker came out and helped the next guy in line instead of helping finish our order. Worker did not know how to do a pizza. Sandwiches all had something wrong with them - one did not even have any meat - some without cheese - on the wrong bread!! This is a handy store for us to stop at heading to Oxford for football games but we will choose another store!!

I have ordered DoorDash from this location twice. First time the cookies were missing, the second time the cookies and chips were missing. It’s not the doordashers fault, they’re just supposed to pick it up and deliver it. The workers need to make sure that all items are with the delivery for pickup, which the are consistently failing to do.

They Always forget an ingredient like the bacon on a sandwich, or the opposite, like no onions and they put it on anyway. I'm talking about online ordering of course. It's happened about 7 orders now. One or two times I understand, but almost every order is ridiculous.
No longer accepting coupons, guess the franchise owner is going broke.

Some of the people who work here don't hardly speak up to where you can't hear them and they act like they hate their job. This is by far the worst subway I've been too and it's not the first time coming here that this has happened. I've had a few employees who will ask you how are you doing etc.
