Wanted to check out Neighbors since we hadn't eaten there since it was T-birds.......waited 8 minutes at the door to be seated (9-9:08pm).....no one had any interest in seating us so we went to ElBarzon.(Usually an indicator of service and they close at 11pm.)Walked in ElBarzon and seated at 9:09, fed and out at 9:58.....they close at 10pm btw. Never bad service or food There. Just wasn't in a Mexican mood, oh well.

Great atmosphere was a little confused at first cause this restaurant has changed names. All in all still good food, friendly staff. And most importantly family friendly.

Only thing good about this place is there Wings. Veggies are soggy, steak is stringy, and pork is tough. It also a very long wait for your food. The wings are good however.
I ordered foods to go, A steak and pulled pork dinner, Everything was great it was great atmosphere inside while i waited for food. Great place will be going back.

We stop in about 1x a month the recently changed the menu and wow the food was amazing, now they have changed and updated the interior design new paint with calming, relaxing colors. The burger I ordered was at least 1.5 inches thick and cooked perfectly medium, our waiter was also the bartender and he did an amazing job. Everything came out fast and perfect he didn't even need a note pad. We already loved T byrds, it just got better! Amazing food, cold beer, great service!
