I tried to go through the drive-through yesterday morning for breakfast and the delivery truck was blocking the drive-through so I tried to go in and then they told me they couldn’t take my order so I tried to go there today and then they were closed. This place is absolutely terrible. I went through there for lunch one day in order to taco with extra cheese and there was barely anything on it. This is the worst Taco Bell.

Pay your employees more so they can provide us better service, you've already raised your prices to a sit down restaurant level, so we know you got the money to pay them more.
They never make my tacos correctly or with enough meat. NEVER! Just go and pick it up or order it there bc it seems that they never add enough meat that I PAID FOR!

Took 30 minutes to make a bowl and a taco, made me miss the fortnite live event. Wanted to play the starwars season one last time before the switch over, but I missed it, because of them. I'll never forgive them.
Also said they were slammed and there were literally 2 online orders and an in-store order. Employee decided to clean surfaces (that were already clean(kudos) than go back and help make food). Also had to ask for my drink cup. Slow AF, made up excuses, can't make a taco.

You can never hear over the AC unit. You have to yell and even then the communication is subpar. They rush you and usually don't let you finish ordering before telling you the total. If it wasn't the closest one to home I would go to a different one.
