Rarely is your order ever correct, you wait forever to get your food and it's not what you ordered or half of its missing they just sling the bag out the window and down the road you go, Taco Bell charges way too much for their food as it is this place is no exception, you're definitely not getting what you pay for .

Ten minutes before they even acknowledged my order, I only have a 30 minute lunch and it takes about 5 to get back. Totally ruined my lunch. The new ordering from the kiosk brings customer service to an all time low.

I was at speedway Taco bell is built on to this speedway which is in Trenton ohio
I got a chicken quesadilla, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a Baja blast a small order and when I got my quesadilla it was cut horribly which I'm not holding against this place in particular because it happens often but when I took a piece of it there was 1 tiny little piece of chicken and all the cheese was unmelted but the outside was so crispy also the chicken tasted off

My wife just stopped there to get dinner. The drive thru is a disaster. Order was all wrong and she then had to go inside to get it fixed. Seems only the manager was working hard and the rest of them just didn't care. If you don't like your job find a new job so someone who might like that job can work there. 1 star for the manager the rest get 0 stars.

The store was dirty. There customer sucked bad took me almost 10 minutes to get my food no one spoke to me. There was no other customer in there for 6 minutes. When other customers came in the employee did not greet them nothing horrible absolutely horrible ?
