We visited Troy Applebees late 10:30 this evening only to try the new cheesy cheeseburger and fries that’s advertised on tv and to share the plate …..glad we weren’t real hungry because you are served nothing like the picture is shown it’s a small burger with bacon split and the amount of cheese on the plate is a JOKE nothing at all like they show on tv you could barely scrape enough cheese to spread on your half of the sandwich let alone dip your sandwich or fries it ….false advertising for sure the taste was good but the tiny amount of cheese you get served on a iron platter isn’t ANYTHING like the commercial and we mentioned it to our server River and all she did oh yea sorry ….yea that’s the amount you get …..so yep sorry about our luck i guess …..Applebees you are slipping 😡

We was moving stopped to eat with my disabled mom wasn't busy was asked by the manager to move our moving truck said it was taking up extra handicapped spots informed him my mom and myself were both disabled. Ruined my mealy experience was treated bad by the large man. Serve was nice tried to calm my mom but he ruined it. Don't go there if you dissabled

We decided not to eat here for lunch. The floors and tables were sticky and the restaurant smelled dirty. The women’s restroom hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Both toilets were badly soiled. No one had signed the sanitation log. I can’t imagine the kitchen was much cleaner. Didn’t want to risk getting sick.
A lot of hair in our food (5 different strands) and is just absolutely disgusting. Wasn’t busy and took an hour to get our food. My girlfriend got her food and we found that there was hair in it (she has long black hair and I have very short blonde hair and there was several strand of long blonde hair) We are just disappointed in the whole experience, my food was sent back (was actually offered by the bartender) because it was black and extremely cold and the fact that there was even one strand of hair that my girlfriend ate is just sad. Thankfully she didn’t eat any of the other hair in the food. This experience was just terrible and disappointing.

We always enjoy our time at Applebee’s Grill and bar. Our waitress was timely and responsive to our questions; our order was accurate; and the food was delicious! We will be back soon!
Update: I spoke with Elliot and we had a very good conversation over the phone and even better at the restaurant. He invited us back and it was a totally different experience. Ashlee (sp) was our server/bartender as she was picking up tables all over the restaurant. She was very personable and on top of her service. You could see that they were still short staffed but the team that worked that evening was on top of it. Elliot was very kind and professional and has true hospitality and leadership skills. When we stroll back this way in a year, we will probably see you again. 😎 Thanks again Elliott for the "WOW" experience. You are a kind human.
We stopped in at 4:00 pm on a Saturday with my 7 year old granddaughter for a party of 5. The host informed us that it was a 45-50 minute wait because their servers called off. The restaurant was empty and no other guests were waiting. The bartender was leaning against the bar chatting and no manager in sight. Why couldn't the bartender pick up some tables, the manager as well as it was still early and again the restaurant was 90 percent empty. Back in my day in the restaurants, I would be all over picking up tables as that is my money and as a manager, the same and then give the tips to the team for making it happen. Didn't look like a very good environment for employees or guests. It has been over 10 years since I stepped into an Applebee's and this one just confirmed that there is really no reason to ever do it again. My granddaughter is the one who wanted to go here but we enjoyed great hospitality and food at a different restaurant. I would recommend staying away from this location.
