This is the worst Applebee’s I have ever been to in Troy Ohio they gave us cold food. My family got sick from it. They had to go to the hospital because they got food poisoning. The waitress that was taken our order didn’t seem to care about us, but my mother-in-law still gave her a tip, which I wish she didn’t do this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to Applebee’s I recommend no one goes to this Applebee’s at all. In Troy Ohio they are terrible.
took 20 minutes to take my drink order and they weren't busy. Took over an hour to get riblets, which never got... then when I complained about it the manager and the waitress both got rude told me I need to worry about somebody's feelings and when I told the manager that the waitress had lied about what she told her she told me to leave I wasn't getting my food.. So don't complain at Applebee's in Troy or the manager will refuse you service and toss you out.

Tried ordering take out for Mother's Day. Called at 5:40PM and was told they weren't talking any more orders, because they already had 14 orders. They don't close until 9:00PM, so I had to wonder why they could not take more orders since they were still open for over 3 more hours. Terrible service for a business struggling during the "quarantine".That's ok, we took our business elsewhere! I will not be returning in the future!!1/24 Three years after last visit and nothing seems to have changed much. For anyone wanting to place an order for delivery, all I can say is.... "Don't do it, as they can't get it right!"Ordered a bacon cheeseburger w/ garlic mashed potatoes (instead of fries) and a spinach & artichoke dip for an appetizer.The burger was made wrong (ordered Xtra bacon for $1.50 more, no pickles, & no onion).It came with NO Xtra bacon, and with onion. Also, the bun was as hard as a rock/stale beyond belief!! Oh, and the garlic mashed potatoes did NOT make it to my house as they still sent the fries that I didn't want!!! Needless to say, I tried giving them a 2nd chance, but they failed miserably!!! I definitely will NOT be back as I cannot understand how the people making the food cannot read a simple ticket!!

Not open til the hours they post online, they never mark delivery orders ready for pickup when they are ready so your food sits there and gets cold, and apparently their online ording system has been taking orders all week but they can't receive them. So rather than take the store off for ordering they just allow everyone to think the order is ok until they get there to pick it up

Quesadilla salad was good, quesadilla itself was nothing special, no sour cream. It was fine, but wouldn't order again. The mashed potatoes on my husband's dinner were not house made, they looked like they were squeezed out of a tube, very unappetizing to look at, but tasted ok. Same for the chicken, looked unappealing, tasted ok.

Trash of Troy! Seriously the food belongs in the trash. My Cajun, blackened salmon was flavorless except for being super fishy. My husband got the all you can eat and the best thing we're the French fries. The fried shrimp taste like a mouthful of watery,cold fish. It was NASTY. our service sucked, we waited for a while for everything. I wasn't sure we'd ever get the bill. We only ate here because we got giftcards for Christmas. And now I'm convinced our family hates us ? 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
