I ordered a hamburger online and a couple other items and it was a Uber Eats orderWhen the delivery person went to get my food the person that window said they don't sell hamburgers but it was on the online menu So needless to say I didn't get my order at all and they would not substitute it for anything else I am very Disappointment fix the issue please it doesn't matter if I go in person or have it delivered I always have a problem. when I go on person I have to wait 20 minutes before I get my order......the link you sent doesn't work please provide a new link or phone number Thank You

Ordered wings and fries. Had to ask for fries . No receipt 2 of the POS machines were down barehanded all food. Food and sauce on floor. I come here alit. This was worst experience I've ever had. Sorry I don't normally do

Today we stopped by for lunch and when I got my food I opened it up and it clearly was the wrong item.. I wrapped it back up and went to who I think may have been a manager and I opened it back up and showed her that I got the wrong item and she acknowledged it was wrong and said she put the wrong one in our bag.. She gave me the right item and I watched her talking with the drive thru person and she gave it to her and she put it in the bag for the drive thru order.. Mind you, I handled the sandwich and it should have been thrown away but it went to the drive thru customer.. Wow! I am simply appalled. Doubtful I will be back.

This store needs to get it together when it comes to customer service. As a doordash driver I Have gotten a few orders to this place. If they are out of something they just hand you the order and tell you that the customer will put in a complaint that they didn't get an item instead of trying to make it right. And I literally showed up one minute after close to pick up a doordash order and they told me they were closed. I obviously let them know I was with doordash and just picking up probably the last order of the night for them and they just flat out ignore me I pulled up to the window and again I'm just ignored. I get that if you are closed you wanna get out of there but it would not have hurt you to hand out that order through the window and take 3 seconds to finish doing your job.
