This place was nice. Other reviews are right about it being slow and the workers being way overwhelmed though. I cannot justify in mind why they would keep the store staffed in the middle of a busy day with only 2 young, overwhelmed employees. I've worked food service before and I know it's very draining. At the end of the night I'm sure they get home and barely have the energy to do homework let alone throw off their uniforms. All of the complaints this place gets,...

Eleanor at the Troy, Ohio store was by herself with multiple customers in line on Aug 29 at 6p. She greeted each customer pleasantly and with courtesy. She handled the rush very professionally. Kudos to Eleanor!

Need ice cream? Go here!! The servers were nice!! I left a $7 tip for a $8 ice cream bowl. I loved everything about it. The servers were amazing. as soon as I walked in the guy cleaning said welcome to cold stone creamery, the servers were the best!! Thank you very much!!!
