This place needs manager or regional manager attention. Not clean or well kept. It was gross.. trash all over the floors, it was filthy! The check in/order screen had someone’s hair on it. Not well run.

This visit was a disappointment ? I ordered the 4 pack as usual. My pink velvet cookie was still raw in the middle and didn't have the cream cheese icing on top. The banana upside down cake was bland and the toppings had slid completely off. These cookies were a birthday present ? I don't know if it was lack of employees today or just not taking pride in the product.
