Tonight while picking up my pizza order, there must have been a bad situation with a customer in front of us. However the gentleman helping us at the window, was very helpful and kind- all while his other coworker is behind him screaming and yelling about the situation and the women involved with said incident. He never blinked an eye to pay her any attention and solely focused on me as a customer. He deserves to be acknowledged for his customer service and putting his customers before a bad situation.

I’m from Pennsylvania in Troy for Honda Auto Training. The pizza was amazing! Excellent staff and atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area, or those who live here who haven’t tried it!

Waited in drive thru line behind another customer for 15 minutes. Finally get the pizza and it’s subpar. Might as well eat cardboard. I remember when they made a good pizza…sad to see it go downhill. We won’t be back - there are lots of better options out there.

If your time is valuable don’t order pizza here. After the text I received to track my order showed the progress until done- but when I checked out paying my tab was told it was going to be 15-20-maybe 25 minutes and no explanation why they show your order as being done. Went back a second time to get it, got home it wasn’t the pizza I ordered. Guy behind in line was experiencing the same crap. Zero Stars

We visited on 9/14, the staff was clearly getting slammed with an unexpected rush. While other businesses turned people away this business continued to serve customers. There were somethings not going good but I’ve never seen a group of employees working so hard. Anyone that worked the evening shift on 9/14 should feel pride because you all were working hard and trying hard. I witnessed customers who were being pushy and rude towards the employees and the employees were professional when dealing with the rudeness. TBH- they handled it better than I would have. Great job, our food was excellent.

We get Donatos for our 5013c business. Always great service and ready when they say. I've gone to this store for years.
Met friend and their children for dinner with our grandchildren. Clean restaurant, very friendly staff. Napkin dispenser at self serve area was empty but employee quickly provided us a supply. Food was brought out to table as soon as it was ready instead of waiting for all items to be done, which we appreciated and preferred.
Kid-friendliness: Variety of seating options and easy for adults to see children even though sitting at different table.
We ordered 5 items from the Troy Donatos store. We ordered delivery and it arrived 30 minutes late. The two calzato's were made wrong.

I ordered pizza at Troy because our local store was closed. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:40. We got to the pick up window and they did not have our order ready. They told us to go sit out in the car and they would bring it out. 30 minutes later we went in and it was sitting on the rack. Ridiculous I’ve never had bad service at Donatos but this was the worst. I didn’t want a free cookie or a 2 L.
