Best milk shake ever❤️
Ice Cream!
Great ice cream shop with a variety of flavors to choose from. The service is always friendly, and the line moves steadily, so the wait isn’t long. The inside space is a bit cramped for ordering, but it works since things keep moving. Parking is limited, though — you may need to park on the street. Overall, it's worth the stop for a good treat!
My partner and I went there once when it was really crowded but got ice cream that was delicious. We're 'seasoned' people, AKA 'older' So when I was driving around running errands for him I saw that the place wasn't crowded at all, so I jumped at the chance. Got to talking with the manager who said they were closed, understood why I was confused because the game area door was open. Very personable guy. Invited me in and got me an ice cream cone on the house. It was a huge scoop of salted caramel vanilla, and SO GOOD! I live in Columbus, and I consider Ducky's to be as good as, if not better than Jennie's and Graeter's. And definitely better priced, all in all. I highly recommend it!
Best atmosphere and Ice cream.....banana pudding!
Absolutely incredible experience at Ducky’s Ice Cream today! I’m an Amazon driver and happened to deliver a package there…. and I’m so glad I did. The owner (Don) and one of the employees kindly offered me a soft serve cone, and I have to say: it was the best soft serve I’ve ever had. Smooth, rich, and absolutely perfect on such a hot day…it completely made my day and I will always remember this shift haha 🫶🏼♥️☀️
They were so kind and welcoming, and even took a moment to chat and share more about their ice cream. The shop itself is super fun and bright inside…definitely a great spot for families. I’m not from the area, but this place left such an impression on me that I’ll absolutely be back again and again.
If you’re anywhere nearby, you need to stop by Ducky’s. You won’t regret it!
(I enjoyed my ice cream on my break don’t worry :) eating and driving is not safe)
Love, love this place. The banana pudding ice cream keeps me coming back every other night. They have many varieties to choose from. You can't go wrong with any of them. And the game room is always busy and we love the chairs to sit , relax and watch traffic go by. And the high-school young adults have ALWAYS been AMAZING!!!
Very good sweet treat! Super friendly, hard working staff! My only suggestion is to update the AC unit inside. It melted the ice cream before it was even served. Overall it was DELICIOUS!! I 10/10 recommend the Quackwich and any flavor of ice cream! The staff gave good recommendations on what to put on top of each one! We sat outside and enjoyed the unique atmosphere! We will definitely go back.
We love visiting Ducky’s Snowballs & Ice Cream every summer! It’s a go-to spot for our family, and the kids always look forward to it. The ice cream is always delicious, and the atmosphere is so friendly—everyone feels right at home! Plus, we’re excited that our shop is just a block away, which means we’ll be stopping by even more often this year. Highly recommend Ducky’s for a treat that’s always a good time! 🍦
Ducky’s has been a beloved part of our family’s life since 2015—it’s been my kids’ favorite ice cream shop and even now that they’re older, it’s still the place they ask to go. There’s just something special about Ducky’s that keeps us coming back. Beyond the great ice cream and friendly service, what truly sets Ducky’s apart is their participation in events for the community. Whether it’s sponsoring local events or simply being a welcoming place for families to gather, Ducky’s is more than a business—it’s part of what makes our town feel like home. We’re lucky to have a place like Ducky’s in our community. It’s a local gem, and we’re grateful for the memories (and the many more scoops to come!).

The best homemade strawberry ice cream ever.
This is always a great stop for ice cream or an icee for those who don't like ice cream. Love both? Well, they have amazing snowballs that combine them into wonderful favors! Very friendly and plenty of seating is available.
Parking: There is parking right in front, along the street and an extra lot behind the building on the side street.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely made for kids and kids at heart. Large wooden chairs, duck cycle and picnic tables all painted for kids to sit on. Pin ball, pac man, claw machine, and toy machines to play.
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on the same flat level for accessibility.

Mediocre ice cream for way too much money, in my opinion.

My parents visited Ducky’s a few weeks ago. They brought their grandson (my son) with them as this would be his first visit to Ducky’s
Arriving a bit early (like 50 minutes) the owner welcomed them in with enthusiasm and appreciation. Even though Ducky’s did not open until 2 o’clock on this particular day, My parents and son felt welcomed and were encouraged to sit and enjoy their ice cream.
They will definitely be back for future visits and so will I.
And, I’m told the icecream is great!!

Spent some family time eating some great ice cream. My family was in from out of town and we stopped in to enjoy an afternoon ice cream treat. The owner stopped to talk to my parents, telling us about how he decided to have an ice cream shop. Great guy, great service, and delicious!
