We are avid lovers of Duckys over the years, but haven't been yet this year because my younger son was recently diagnosed with milk, egg, and peanut allergies and I've been hesitant to have the whole family eat ice cream while he couldn't join. We went this evening and I thought I'd get him a snowball instead. There were two young men working there and when I asked if the snowballs were dairy free, the one gentleman offered up the dairy free, vegan ice cream which I didn't know Duckys had. He even made sure to wash the scoop before using it. I have always loved Duckys but after this experience, we will go nowhere else for ice cream in the spring summer and fall. Thank you for helping a little boy get to eat ice cream with his family. Both my husband and I are extremely touched and grateful for the wonderful young men and women that staff Duckys as well as the friendly owner.

The perfect Summer treat! We enjoyed a delicious Banana Split while hanging out in the game room. We chatted with other families and enjoyed the fun atmosphere. We plan to go back and try a Ducky's Snowball, a Louisiana inspired icecream, unique to Troy! If you are looking for a place with great icecream, good customer service and family fun - this is the place!

Great ice cream shop with a variety of flavors to choose from. The service is always friendly, and the line moves steadily, so the wait isn’t long. The inside space is a bit cramped for ordering, but it works since things keep moving. Parking is limited, though — you may need to park on the street. Overall, it's worth the stop for a good treat!
