Worst experience ever they were very rude made smart remarks the entire time while making our food and then proceeded to double charge us and when I called to talk to the manager she didn't seem to care at all and said they have a price difference than a different location but we was way overcharged we couldn't even sit inside and enjoy our meal after spending $30 on two small burritos because the customer service I highly recommend you don't go there if you want friendly and fair treatment

If you want to pay $30 for no food, go here. Ordered two bowls and a little burrito and the bowls literally had a half cup of rice in each. What a rip off.

Eat there every week. 2/10 got burrito bowl with barely anything in it. Manager said that’s how it’s supposed to be. It’s never been that way. I took pictures called them back they laid phone down for 12mins I told them I was recording I heard everything they said. Will be getting in touch with corporate. I never complain but after this experience I definitely am.

Food quality and quantity was much better than Chipotle. Service would have been better but I guess that's normal in any food industries now a days. Will recommend this place for Chipotle alternative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting. The workers are the most rude people I have ever come across. DIRTY is an understatement. Food is a lot of times old and not made properly it’s not like any other hot head . Staff constantly complaining about personal issues and other staff if I were you go to piqua stay away from an store Pam own she dosent care about quality only money in her pocket

Asked the guy working here right now 7-8pm what he likes and he made me his favorite burrito. It was the best burrito I’ve legit ever had. The staff is cool and professional and the food was bomb diggity. Thanks so much for the value and experience!

I had a no tip DoorDash order and hot heads refused to make the order until all 6 people who were in the store were served. Absolutely ridiculous. Your DoorDash customers are CUSTOMERS too and are waiting in a mobile line. Absurd
