I used to not like Hot Head until I went to the Troy location, now I'm hooked.The food is delicious and the staff are great. The restaurant is always clean.The carry out is way better than Chipotle. The order is accurate and they don't skimp on ingredients just because it's carry out like Chipotle.

The food was fresh and warm. Just think it’s weird they got a girl in there on the line measuring cheese with a measuring cup and then onto a scale before it goes into your bowl LOL. The whole point of hothead is that it’s like good portions and we’re over here rationing the cheese like it’s bread and wine at the last supper 😂😂😂

We love Hot Head Burrito! However, with this last order we made, the preparer forgot to add my rice! The bowl was good, would have been better with the rice, but was also rather skimpy.

The food was great; seriously might have been the best food I've ever had at a Hot Head. The vegetable saute and the fajita vegs were fresh and cooked correctly (not mushy or crunchy). Everything was fresh, but I was particularly thrilled with the vegs getting taken care of - I frequently see the squash in its pan on the hot line and it looks like its been in there for six hours. The staff was efficient and worked well together during the busy lunch hour. The dining room and self service drink station were tidy and stocked properly. It was a wonderful experience and those ladies deserve recognition for the obvious care they put in to their work.

I got two different burritos and two burrito bowls. I called the store to pacifically asked them to mark the two burritos so I knew which one was which and the person on the phone was very nice but my order got here. Nothing was marked on them.

I have ordered from this store several times in the past month hoping that mistakes would not be repeated but unfortunately that’s the case for this location. I have had missing items my past two orders and when finally addressing the issue with management, I was hung up on. It seems as though customer service is bottom on this locations priority’s. I will never order from this store again.
