The folks working tonight were super nice and incredibly attentive. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We got 3 bowls and the combinations were great. I do with there was another option besides shredded lettuce for us that don't eat carbs.

They where able to get 20+ subs knocked out for our whole staff in under an hour and everyone was extremely satisfied + the team at this jersey mikes was extremely friendly and easy to deal with 10-10 would recommend and will be back.

First time will be the last time they didn't do as I asked had to keep telling the girl she puts 2 strands of onion like it was a shortage bread very tough not a good experience for 10 dollars will not recommend this store go to jimmy johns orsubmarine house

Terrific subs and service. The place is quite we small, with seating for less than a dozen people. It's also located in an older (1950's? 60's?) Strip right on Main street with many 4 parking spots.
First and last time trying jersey mikes. Never had it before but heard good things. Decided to try this location and disappointed I did. Employees had serious attitude issues and made me feel bad about my order….giving each other glances, side comments, and groans about me ordering a chicken bacon ranch. Customers can see and hear you from a foot away fyi. Please do better.

I have been to this location in Troy at least a dozen times. Today I visited for the last time, I won't go back. Ordered the same salad that I get every time and they just filled the lettuce up and the new lettuce was clearly brown all the way through, clearly spoiled. I asked if I could get fresh lettuce please that wasn't brown, the manager Macy told me this is fresh lettuce we cut it this morning. I said ok but its all brown. She went to the back and came back and said this is all we have and she dug through the tub of lettuce looking for clean lettuce and she couldn't find any. She asked me do you want the salad? I replied no, its not good lettuce its all brown, I don't want to get sick. Two of the other four associates thought it was funny with half smirks on their faces. That was my last visit to this location in Troy, OH.
