Haven't really been there in a couple years. Have remained silent, but have heard from others that they have had similar problems. They totally messed up my order until it was something I couldn't even eat. I pointed it out calmly and said this isn't what I ordered. I specifically called out exactly what I wanted in the beginning, but apparently she wasn't listening. She then proceeded to argue with me and said yes, that's it. You want to order something else? Free I said? No, full price, you just changed your mind. Lost my business. I don't see why I should give them another try after being treated so poorly. By the way, I are there regularly prior to that incident.

Crab Rangoon was great. Hot & Sour soup was good, bowl is a bit small for the price. Orange chicken was OK, but the rice was a bit old. Good service.

I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant. However, after my dining experience this evening, I will never go back to this restaurant again or recommend it to anyone. After leaving the restaurant the lady at the cash register followed me into the parking lot demanding why I did not leave a tip and told me that the next time that we ate there that an automatic 15% tip would be added to my bill! This is not posted anywhere and the tipping policy in the state of Ohio is voluntary. I will spend my money elsewhere. Will not return. This was a birthday dinner, thanks for the great ending!

It's not that the food is bad it's just not what I'm used to the traditional dishes I like are not made the same here as other places
Food tastes good but I feel like it might be microwaved (for the carryout orders anyway). Not too expensive and you get a good portion of food.

The options for takeout Chinese in general, let alone good, is very slim around here. Took a chance on J's and it was very good. Big portions and I like that the rice and lo mien weren't drowned in soy sauce. Everything was fresh.

Orders the beef lo mein and it was amazing. The meat was very juicy and the noodles so yummy.
The service was great, food was delicious, and it came out so fast! The honey walnut shrimp was so crispy and amazing. Thank you!
