It was a weekday, mid afternoon, so it was quiet, my friend and I sat at the bar, had a great cocktail and great conversation. Bartender let us visit but was still attentive and made a great egg nog martini!
A cigar bar term tends to lead one to think you can enjoy a cigar in the bar. No smoking inside. Other than me not knowing state law as a tourist the place was laid back and fairly chill.
Cool little place with fun locals. I love the decor. However the bartender didn’t make good cocktails. Most were just ordering bottled beer so no biggie to them. But with a good whiskey selection I thought maybe the cocktails would be good, I was wrong. Sucks because we need a good local bar with good cocktails in Troy.
