Stopped in before the weekend football games started to get pizza for the family. Walked in, got waited on promptly, paid, and drove 5 min home. Opened the pizza and was extremely disappointed!!! The pizza probably should have been thrown away since it appeared old and had been in the warming unit past its expiration limit. Unfortunately, we were on a time limit and couldn't try to get it replaced. If this is how they do business, then I won't return.

Little disappointed order breadsticks you have to pay a 1.50 for a cup of cheese sauce they don't even fill it up halfway I paid 4.49 for the breadsticks and 1.50 for less than a half cup of cheese sauce...

A couple weeks ago I come in after work and the man had the ovens off early the GM assured me she’d handle it, although I haven’t seen him or her since, last night I came in and ONCE AGAIN the ovens weren’t on. Troy really has went down hill food wise but I still would like to eat within the scheduled times they are claiming to be open

I waited here for over 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. They served 3 people (not online orders) before me. and the energy was very unpleasant. Not happy with this experience.

Update: Went back and had a much better experience. My pizza was in the wrong portal number, but I was able to get that resolved quickly.
