All around sucked from location to service & cleanliness. Did not even get to order. Sat in the drive thru and watched the other line take 4 orders and when I asked if we were going to get to order the reply I received was “yes give us a minute” after we sat for another 5 minutes we escaped the line and will never return.

The manager refused to provide the food I paid for because in her words, 'I needed to pull up (~1 ft) to the sign to wait for service". I was already pulled up, in the waiting area and no cars behind me or having issues going around.
I'd give no stars if possible. I add 10 minutes to purposely avoid this place.

I went to the drive-through this morning and sat there for 10 minutes before pulling off the last two times I ordered here. I waited a long time whoever is running the store literally is a terrible leader and they need a whole new crew fire everyone every time I pull up or even go past the place, the building is wrapped around in cars and they’re never moving at a fast pace Plenty of other places in Troy to spend your money out to eat.

Ordered hot chocolate. Had to pull up and wait for it had to call them while in line to see where it was. Once I got to my office saw it was only hot milk. Not a premium hot chocolate. The service has really gone down in the last few years

Ordered breakfast and had to wait for hashbrowns. I had ordered a big breakfast among other items and 3 additional hashbrowns. Only recieved the hashbrown for big breakfast. Ordered sausage mcgriddle with cheese. No cheese on mcgriddle. No napkins, no cutlery for biscuits and gravy. When I called the store I got the typical response come back to get the hashbrowns or I can send coupons in the mail. Not driving through the construction for the missing food. Don't want their coupons either. Excepted the fact that I am out a few dollars. Sad that they have a monitor right there in their face telling them what goes in the bag, and they can't even get it right. Customer service and quality in food service is paramount, and it's not here.

Interesting about this McDonald's. We have to pull up every time we use the drive through. Seems everyone does. Maybe using the app, parking in the numbered parking spots, then notify them you are there may help.

Ordered 3 happy meals for my kids and we only got 2 happy meals, additionally my girlfriend ordered a mcchicken which was blasted with mayo and also a McDouble with extra onions and they failed to even put onions in the sandwich. When we get the 3rd happy meal it was a cheeseburger plain come to find out the sandwich was just buns and a slice of cheese. Very bad customer service and terrible work ethic 1/10 stars
