It's almost impossible to get a correct order from this location. They try, when you ask to verify nobody ever knows what or how it was made.

This location is always very slow and never consistent. They need to take food allergies/dietary requests seriously. Yes I understand it is my responsibility but when you request something simple such as decaf coffee or sugar-free syrup, they need to understand this can cause serious health issues. The rudeness I encountered today was above and beyond awful.

Food was good and we were able to order a sandwich as a lettuce wrap, which is a bonus for any McDonald's. But the service set this rating over the top. We were greeted with a tremendous smile, our server was quick, kind and oh so energetic. It's delightful to be met with such eager, helpful workers.

bought biscuits and gravy , got all the way home they used pancakes for biscuits and they had a ton of pepper on them . wasted $9 , got throwed in trash

Coming from Ontario, Canada and stopping at a couple at a different location, the level of service is below awful. Do you all hire the worst of the worse? Can't do simple tasks, read or hold a simple conversation? The kitchen looks like a bomb went off, everyone moved slower the a snail. So many people waiting and no one moves quickly... Awful!!!! I'll be contacting the head office forsure!
Once you get past the facts the food is almost always cold, not that good and put together sloppy, and they'll almost always mess up your order and forget stuff... it's not bad. One positive is the staff is usually kind and friendly and will fix any mistakes if you wanna wait another 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru. (don't go in, getting someone at the counter is near impossible)
