Good food but this place completely forgot about my order on 2 occasions

We were in town for youth hockey and always make old scratch our stop for after game meals. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The salads are fresh and the pizza is made with high quality ingredients. Highly recommend it.

This place has gone downhill. The first time I came here about a year and a half ago it was awesome. Now it’s even more expensive and the quality has gone downhill. The girl at the front taking my order was rude and had no clue about the menu, the pizza was dry and tasteless. Even my kids wouldn’t eat it and they are easy to please. The only friendly people there was the bartender and the guys that brought out our food. This is my second time here and probably the last unfortunately 😕.

The pizza & salad were only OK BUT the assistance from Shawn to personally solve some rewards & digital gift card, issues was amazing, He was so helpful.
&&& the seasonal mushrooms appetizer was worth the visit. Don’t miss them.

I love old scratch!!!! My vegan and gluten-free pizza is one of a kind and absolutely delicious!!!
Food was super good really nice place I only gave service one less star only because they were attending to a wedding and the inside was for the wedding party we ate outside but things came quickly and I have to save my pizza was on point. I would definitely go there again and again.

I’ll start by saying, we use to love Old Scratch Pizza. However, we will not be back. I placed a takeout order from the Dayton location. It stated it would be ready by 7:16pm. I arrived early, around 7:10, knowing I would still have a wait. But that time frame was perfect so I could have dinner with my husband on his lunch break. Someone greeted me after a few minutes and got my name. By 7:26 no one had came back to my car. I called in to the store because I had my little with me. They said oh yea we got a rush but I’ll check with the kitchen. A few minutes later someone came to my car who was very dry and you could tell it was a pain for her to even be coming to talk to me. She stated it would be another 5-10 minutes. She said they could just refund me. I then said well what good would that do id still have to get dinner somewhere else and I’ve already missed being able to have dinner with my husband. At this point, very dryly she stated I could have the food and get a refund if I wanted to wait. My little was screaming about her pizza so waited the extra 10 minutes. By this time it was 7:40pm when we finally got our food. THEN when we got to open the pizzas, none of them had the extras I had paid for. I am wholeheartedly disappointed because we did love old scratch but this experience did it for me. We will see if I actually get the refund or not.
