Nice enough place, the portions were generous but a little pricey. The bloomin onion was sad. Greasy and looked nothing like any picture I've ever seen of one. Everyone was satisfied with their meals.
Service was average. Staff was nice and were good with refills, except for my water.
The place semed clean, no odd smells or debris on the floors. I wouldn't seek it out again as anything special. But I wouldn't necessarily avoid it either.

Service was great, but the restaurant seems smaller than other Outback Steakhouses we've been to in the past.

Been a couple years figured we give it another chance. Nope not a good idea, wifey and I each ordered a steak. She got a filet I got the sirloin. We both ordered medium well. Came out over well. They took it back. Next round were overcooked again and burnt. Very hard to try and eat. Server was very boisterous, loud and after 2 attempts at trying get a good steak, we gave up. Paid. $80 for good that couldn’t even eat. No discount due to inconvenience just a circle around the 22% tip suggestion. Sorry but NO. I would not recommend unless you have no taste buds. Texas Roadhouse is next door. Better chance there. At least manager shows he cares when steaks not done right

Things a little off at this location compared to others, or maybe just a bad day.
The chili was very thick and the steak in the chili very dry, compared to the normal. It just was not how it should be.
The blue cheese pecan salad had only one pecan (literally) and next to no dressing. And the iced tea, first round, showed up with no ice and was quite warm. Overall, not a very good start.
Luckily the steak was okay, although not as good as other locations. I did request it to be flame grilled. It was obvious the flame grill came after cooking it on the flat iron initially. It's not the same when you do this. The potato was the only item that seems to be on par with how an Outback normally is. It was good.
I do not believe this to be the normal experience at this Outback, since the chain has a higher standard than this from my experience. So while my first time at this location, I'm thinking it was just an off night for them.

Pasta didn’t have enough Alfredo. The pasta I got was the shrimp and steak kingsland pasta and this steak was supposed to be med rare. However, it came out med well. Ordered a steak off the special media and it was less than par.The steak I ordered was supposed to be med and it came out rare.
Theo were 2-4 people behind the bar and it was like pulling teeth to get served.

This used to be our go to, but this last time was just plan awful! Our baked potatoes were so old the insides were brown, the filets tasted like liver, and the salad had freezer burned cucumbers and brown wilted lettuce. Oh and the bread they bring to the table was harder then the croutons on the salad. When I worked in a restaurant I would NEVER have put those things on a plate and sent them out to a table.
We opened the potatoes up for display along with the awful salad fixings for our waitress to see and she never even acknowledged any of it. Like who orders steak and baked potatoes and doesnt eat atleast the steak?! Our drinks were never refilled and we never saw a manager! Don't waste your hard earned money there! That was the worst $100 we have ever spent! Note to self..... NEVER AGAIN! People wonder why businesses keep closing the doors, it's because of employees with NO care for quality and good service!

What's happened to Outback?? Like every other business today prices have gone stupid. My sirloin was just plain tough. Ate about 50--60% of it and my dog got the rest. $70 for what use to cost 30. Just so disappointed I won't go back. I can waste money in other ways besides bad steak.

Saturday, November 9, 2024 around 5 pm. My boyfriend and I came in for dinner. The female waitress was flirting with my boyfriend being overly friendly and we both got steaks medium well done, his was cook perfectly but mines was completely rare. I want the Manager to say something to these waitresses about, not flirting with male customers and make sure that they get female orders correct. It was disgusting that I was disrespected in front of my boyfriend and then on top of it my food was incorrect.

Arrived on Saturday night at 7:45, no wait. We ordered the coconut shrimp for our appetizer. Shrimp was good but they are a little stingy with the dipping sauce. My wife enjoyed her Raspberry martini. I ordered the ribeye and shrimp while my wife had the salmon. Wife loved her salmon, my steak was the proper "medium" that I asked for. Complimentary dark bread with butter was provided. Prices are about what you expect. Server and staff were very good. We definitely enjoyed the more relaxed and low key atmosphere as opposed to the loud chaos that is Texas Roadhouse. Plenty of parking. Will definitely return.
