Didn’t get part of my order and then had to sit on hold until i couldn’t wait any longer. Literally on hold for over 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous, never happened until you outsourced to a foreign call center.

I have to say Brandis did an amazing job helping me and my MELT is absolutely amazing this time around because she saw my heart and wanted to fix the problem, she’s a Pizza Hut hero
We ordered 3 of their pizza melts for delivery for my family. After an hour had passed, I called them. I was told they had us as a pickup. They said they would deliver them. When they came, the melts were burnt, over cooked. Hard as rocks. And they still charged over 25.00 for them.

Had to edit my last review from several months ago I ordered today for delivery they left out some of order and got one pizza wrong not to mention the quality and taste has went down the only positive was the driver and manager was nice you need to do better Pizza
