Horrible pizza today which is shocking! I typically give them 4-5 stars. Pizza was delivered raw, doughy and downright disgusting! So bad that I had to call the store directly and talk with a manager. smh......very disappointing

Ordered a dozen pizzas for a birthday party. I'm personally not a fan of Pizza Hut but it was for a bunch of teenagers and that is what they wanted. They all seem to enjoy the pizzas. The customer service was great. They even helped me to my car with all of my items.

Delivered someone else food and receipt. Rejected. Called and spoke to someone who was very uncaring and would have to wait over an hour for it to be remade. Simple courtesy or attention to completely miss someone’s order only to brush me away was very disrespectful and I will not be dining here again.

Didn’t get part of my order and then had to sit on hold until i couldn’t wait any longer. Literally on hold for over 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous, never happened until you outsourced to a foreign call center.

We ordered 3 of their pizza melts for delivery for my family. After an hour had passed, I called them. I was told they had us as a pickup. They said they would deliver them. When they came, the melts were burnt, over cooked. Hard as rocks. And they still charged over 25.00 for them.
