Decided to stop in after hearing good reviews and unfortunately won’t be back. The service was ok but not the friendliest. The biscuits and gravy were incredibly dry with no sausage and absurdly small portioned for the price. Our burrito had a hair, which they did remake and take off the bill; however, it was then rushed and soggy. Unfortunately there was not a single thing that would make us want to try again.

Ordered the Skillet, wife had the Country Benedict. Had the opportunity to eat at First Watch the following day and ordered something similar (skillet), prices were very similar The Meats at redBERRY were much better (amazing!) Everything else, First Watch Killed them, variety, portion, flavor, etc. Not even a competition for me.

Redberry is our top choice for brunch! The hangover chips are an absolute essential! The food and overall vibe of the place are simply fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. You’ll never find yourself waiting for a drink refill! Hailea is my favorite server; she greets everyone with a warm, welcoming smile! If you’re looking for a great experience, you definitely need to visit Redberry!

The food and atmosphere are amazing. I don’t think anything tops the friendliness of the servers. Arielle, Jaymie & Abbie are great servers-manager, and to top them off, my personal favorite, Hailea, is amazing! I never have to wait for a refill or worry about anything when she’s my waitress. The friendliness of the staff is top-tier and makes the food even more enjoyable. Thank you, ladies, for making RedBerry my favorite stop in Troy.

Service was good, seating was prompt. Saw Mill Blsck Pepper Gravy looked and tasted old and was definitely missing the black pepper. BLT and fries were good. WAY too loud, overwhelming even. Sound dampening panels would be a great help.

They had the best waffles EVER!! I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were amazing!
This place was recommended by the local Airbnb I stayed at. I had the Red Berry Omelet & Breakfast Potatoes... It was absolutely delicious & prepared perfectly. My server was Darren. He was very polite and professional. I would definitely dine here again.
