Woman owned, organic ingredients, locally sourced whenever she can— this place is awesome. Troy needs more places like this little hidden gem. Whenever I have friends or family visiting from out of state or different cities, I have a hard time recommending good places with high quality foods for them to eat in Troy. But this place is top-notch always makes my guests happy and is one of a kind for this area. Read ingredients, large menu, good flavors healthy choices — shut up and take my money!

Everything is great: food and service! The Cashew Coffee is exceptionally delicious. The Pitaya smoothie, Turkey Avocado Sammie, and Açaí Power bowl are also really good! Everything taste very clean!

They started as a food truck and have been a community staple for 10 years. This place is more than just a stop along the way, this is the destination! Seats are limited but the vibe is good, people were very friendly and food some of the best ive had. Very fresh and tasty. I'll be back and hope to see you there.

Service was slow. When I asked the staff to check to see if the syrups were dairy free, she appeared very annoyed. It was also very expensive. They do have plenty of well marked vegan options and lots of non dairy milk including oat, coconut, and rice milk.

Julie and I haven’t been to Troy for along time. So surprised and excited to see the variety of eateries in town. This organic boutique juice and small plate cafe blew me away. Talking with the owner I got a brief history of its evolution and what other whole food , markets, and coops are in the neighborhood. I also drank some very good local craft beers. I live in New York and have a lot of options close but I haven’t found one quite like this. The bowl I had was fantastic and people on the street as I walked eating , stopped to ask about it and I gave directions to this place. Additions of places like this will bring me back sooner and I hope the community will support this business and the whole food concept.
