Entered store at 3:43 pm. No one was in line in front of us but about 7 people were standing around in the store waiting on mobile/DoorDash orders. At 3:59, someone took our order of 2 drinks. One drink was handed to us at 4:15. The second drink was handed to us at 4:19. 36 minutes for two drinks…. Ouch.

Had to change my review. Since Danielle left, this place has gone to crap. Service is lacking and no one gets to know you since they turnover quickly. I waited 40 minutes INSIDE the restaurant after ordering one day. They ended up closing the store because the asst manager had to come in on her day off. Seriously!?

Every time we stop here there is an excessive wait. A wait of like 20-30 min for 2 drinks. Nobody ever apologizes or say something like “ we will be right with you”. They just ignore lines all the way to the door. Ridiculous. We will never stop here again.
Starbucks in any city or state is Starbucks. Fantastic!

Do not go here unless u want to spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru. It's consistently a long wait..EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. do NOT go unless u plan a day trip here

Would rather drive 20 miles out of my way to any other coffee shop than to ever come here again. 20 minutes in a drive through that I couldn't change my mind and leave if I wanted. For a not frozen frapp that tastes like water not like coffee are definitely not caramel. This has happened to me before I dontlike to negative review unless im sure they deserve it. And no my frapp was not ready when I pulled up to the window it was freshly made after I waited at the window a while so not just a melted situation. Not a mobile order either ordered at the speaker.

I was the only one at the register, yet I waited 10 minutes before I could order. Then, after ordering it took 15 more minutes to get my drink. Finally, my daughter has a severe dairy allergy, and they made her drink using dairy products. This has happened at Starbucks on at least four occasions in the past couple years. Allergies are a real thing. It seems like Starbucks as a corporation needs to take their training on this issue more seriously.

I have stopped at this locations many times and I have never had an issue. This morning I stopped to get a pretty big order and the woman working the drive through was extremely rude. She was very soft spoken so I started with the drinks. I had no clue she was asking about food first. When we proceeded to order food she said “we have you order your food first because it takes longer”. My husband than apologized and we went about ordering. She didn’t ring up the coffee and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. She was silent even after we reordered the coffee. We got through our whole order and she proceeded to say “make sure the screen looks right”. She then gave us the total and we drove around. When we were at the window she said barely anything to us but then forcefully and quickly handed the bag of food over and shut the window before we could say anything.

For every 5 times I go when in town- there is 1 trip that compares to other stores in regard to the drinks being correct and the food tasting good. The wait is always excessive, even when not busy. I will order online 30 minutes sooner than I plan on getting there and my drinks still won’t be ready. I do feel bad because the workers I’m sure get all sorts of complaints- but they are always rude and slow moving. I hope they can either open another location to serve Troy or get the current staff some training so that they feel better supported. It’s a bad combo to have an unpleasant interaction and then the drink taste bad. 🥴

I’ve gotten the lavendar matcha 3 times, the first time was delicious. The 2nd time it didn’t taste like anything and barely any foam, so i went for a 3rd time and this is what is looked like. I asked if they even put foam in there and she said yeah it’s heavy and it all goes down… well this isn’t it. I asked for more foam and she kind of sighed and said they didn’t have anymore. Either way it just didn’t taste like lavendar and my sandwich was cold :(

The early morning crew is amazing! They’re all so friendly and welcoming. They make sure that everything I order is on point.
