Just tried one of their holiday drinks and me and my fiancee thought the toasted white chocolate mocha was good, also got the free red cups, staff was nice and ordering was fast although I did go once it opened at 5 am.
Starbucks has a grumpy old lady working the counter that likes to give you attitude over starbucks daily offers that should automatically applied. Go to the actual starbucks if you want real customer service and not a bad attitude. She's got long gray hair and she's never come off warm or friendly.
