Took 6 mins for someone to answer me on the head set with only one other car in line.i should of pulled off bit I didn't .then after telling me they were out of tea they offered me sugar packets knowing that it's not the same thing .after payment was made of course I got pulled foward.why are u pulling people for one car .you shouldn't worrie about your drive thru times when you have a hard time answering the head set expecually for a simply order from the time I actually placed my order to the time I received it was a total of 21 mins do betterpeople not exceptable

This place was filthy and disgusting. The floors were so dirty and sticky we could barely walk on it. I cleaned the tables with baby wipes and sanitizing wipes and they were completely black and table remained sticky. Food was taking forever to get and the people at the table next to us started talking about having a fever so we bounced before even getting our food. Stay away. Not a place you want to eat food from given how disgusting it is.

The staff was friendly enough and the service was super fast, but my whole family was sick hours after eating there. Pretty sure it was from cross contamination. I’m not blaming the workers necessarily but everyone working there today was very young and I feel like the adult managers should be over-seeing proper food prep and health codes more.

The food and service were good, but pretty sure my son and I got food poisoning from there. I had a mild case, but my son was vomiting less than 8 hours later. Could be from lack of good hygiene and cross contamination because of young staff. Management needs to make sure they train better and follow proper cleanliness protocols.

Went through the drive thru the other night just to get me and my boyfriend milkshakes. Didn't order any food everything was great they tasted great and servers were friendly. Problem is i guess they were running behind on orders but in the drive thru lane they were having people pull up and there were 2 cars in front of us that were waiting on food. I waited 20 minutes stuck behind these cars after I already had my order because they wouldn't have people pull up into the parking spots that were straight ahead. They either need to move where they have people who are in line waiting to let others out or they need to just remove the median that keeps you in the lane. Blocked in and had no where to go. Wasn't pleased having to wait 20 minutes to get out, by then the shakes were complete liquid.

We ordered at the kiosk at 7:05. Our burgers & fries were at the counter in about 5 mins. I asked about the shakes & the cook said that they seemed "backed up because of the drive-through." At 7:15, I asked about the shakes again. The response was a shrug! At 7:28, I asked to speak to the manager. She eventually apologized & made the shakes herself. But her initial response was, "Well, the shake guy is on a break." So what!? A 20-minute wait is acceptable?? I was completely finished with my meal! No offer of a partial refund or coupon for the next visit or anything for the inconvenience. The tables & floor were also unnecessarily dirty.

This service was the worse in all my years! I asked for a double burger with mustard, extra onion, and cheese. When I got thru the drive thru I looked at my burger it had about 6 tablespoons plus mustard I went back thru the drive thru three times before it was correct. The drive thru window was filthy! As looked when the window was open I saw three teenagers at the grill drinking milkshakes! Never will I will go there to this filthy place again! The health department needs to make a appearance there!
