Bathroom was VERY slippery with no sign! I almost fell!!! No towels to dry hands either… workers were gossiping in the dining area instead of working, and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Food came out fairly fast and was what I ordered

Receipt didn’t print, bathroom didn’t have towels/hand dryer, was given the wrong sauce, most of the drinks didn’t work. The only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because I didn’t have to wait too long and the food itself wasn’t horrible

I would give this place a negative score if possible! It definitely deserves a negative rating! The absolute slowest Steak n Shake, in addition the slowest restaurant I have seen in my life! Order placed at 7:43pm at 8:22pm I requested a refund on my two burgers, fries and cup of chili. LAUREN who was just starting to heat the chili got mad because after 39 minutes I was not willing to wait any longer on food. She was full of excuses of why their 4 employees could not work any faster making the order! There was only 4 of them working tonight. We were the only customers waiting on food on inside. Maybe if she can't do better she needs to think about a job change. Obviously, working in a burger place is too mind challenging for her slow motion pace. But belive me she wanted respect because she was working so hard! RME. Finally, I was able to get my refund and go to a nice sit down restaurant for faster friendly service. If you want a fast food restaurant that is obviously unorganized, slow, and full of excuses for the long wait this is the perfect place. If you want somewhere that can get your order at a reasonable amount of time after you place the order just think of this location as a wide place in the road and keep driving. After this experience there is no doubt why I see many Steak n Shakes in other locations out of business. This one needs to be with Lauren helps it may be soon but I am sure she will have an excuse for that as well just ask her for the excuse. She must have a book of them ready to serve up faster than she can serve a burger.

Stopped on a road trip and waited over 45 minutes on two burgers and two fries and two drinks in the drive-through while watching people come out of the lobby with their food asked to speak to a manager and some little young girl come to the window that was clearly not the manager. A manager should be dressed as a manager, not as a fry cook one would think when asked why it took so long was told they are shortstaffed.
We will not be returning to this restaurant nor would I ever recommend anyone else

It seems they decided to focus on food more than service. Food was good, not amazing or special specific to the restaurant. But there isn't any service besides from them calling the name of your order. You have to get condiments, straws, even napkins and lids yourself. You order at a kiosk. A customer asked what looked to be a manager or shift lead, he wore a brown vest, and instead of having mustard at the counter and simply handing her one, he went into detail about it being around the corner. Customers want the expirence and cooked food. If they don't have a decent expirence then there's nothing memorable about the place and people will stop coming. They also had no one out to clean tables, or refill paper towels in the restroom. This place is missing the communication and service it needs in order to stay open. Im currently a manager at million dollar restaurant. So I understand the ins and outs of places. If I was offered $20+ to work i this place so I could bring it back to life, I would.

Waited on food for over an hour, and when given to us it was cold, in the process of waiting there were three others that had asked for refunds. No since of urgency from the staff or the manager in charge of that night shift on 12/07

This Steak and Shake is hardly open. Many times, they have to shut the dining room because of the lack of employees. They at times also close the drive thru. I believe this is due to poor management of the establishment.

The food is good but the service is horrible I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food and also they got my order wrong and had to wait longer the bathrooms we’re disgusting this place needs to be shut down bad place to eat
