Robert and his team were phenominal. My nieces caterer for her wedding fell through just less than a month before her big day. Robert knew we were in a desperation and assured us to not worry he would make it happen and did! The food was fantastic and well presented for over 200 people with very little notice. We used Stillwater Valley Catering for our wedding, and it was a great choice. Robert was responsive to emails, the pricing was fair, and the food was wonderful. We attended another family wedding a couple weeks after ours and still got compliments from the folks who attended both events that our food was great. Overall, would highly recommend!

We used Stillwater Valley for our wedding due to the price they gave us at our initial meeting months before, and two weeks before the wedding after our guest count went down they raised the price by FIVE DOLLARS A PERSON for a taco bar due to "inflation". At the actual wedding not one single guest was able to get second servings because of the little amount of food that was provided. They tried to blame their lack of supplies on my guests, saying they were getting too many toppings. Overall i was disappointed with our experience for my wedding day, the food was great as well as dessert but we were upset with the drastic price and running out of the food! We even had up to ten people not come who RSVPed and they wouldn't have ate due to the lack of food.

I used Stillwater Valley Catering for my daughter’s baby shower. I was not at all impressed with the quality of food or service that was provided. The employees were 45 minutes late so they were still setting up when guests started to arrive. One of the men who delivered was really rude and said that we had way too many tables for the little bit of food we had, although I was also surprised at the small amount of food that we had considering the cost. The sandwiches had plenty of meat but the cheese was dried out. The carrots in the shooters were all white and completely dried out, no one ate them. The meatballs were burnt and the donuts looked and tasted like they were from Tim Hortons. We were not told that we needed to provide any containers to take home the left over food. It was mentioned several times that they had a much bigger event that they needed to take care of that day. If you cannot give the same level of service to all of your events, then you may want to pass on the smaller ones. The one positive note was that the woman that stayed to help was very nice. Overall, we were disappointed and would not use again.
