I don't recommend this place unless you like dive bars and people with attitude problems. They treat Doordashers with utter contempt and leave them standing there unattended for long periods of time. Food is greasy trash too.

What special vibe. I have been to other sub houses and not been as impressed by any means. This place changed my mind about the chain. Our bartender was a treat. Shout out to Adrian for your enthusiastic attitude. You made our day special. I ordered the Italian sub per her suggestion, she did not steer us wrong. Looking forward to the next time I can go. Drinks are priced well. The house chips are notable, also. Off street parking in the back.

We spent over 2 hours in The Submarine House in Troy watching football. We had 3 couples. The food came out wrong. We NEVER received our food. The waitress then had the nerve to pass us off to another server to give us our bills. The bills were all wrong.
Will not be going back anytime soon.

Some older dude treated me like I was an incompetent child while I was picking up an order for DoorDash. Lots of attitude and the worst part was that being a dasher means the least amount of interaction with the employees so imagine being a customer of this dude happened at 5:30 ish pm maybe y’all should actually have better management of your employees

Table of 2 doesn't demand attention like the large tables, just wish we had garnered some attention (no follow up...refill or food went myself to bar to pay the bill). Chalking it up to real busy Saturday afternoon; we will be back 😃
