It says it opens at 8am on Google, but it didn’t. I was going to get sandwiches for school field trip for my kids, but had to get some food at gas station. Please fix the business hrs.
Sub was made wrong not using ingredients I requested. Disappointed.

I've never been to a Subway that hides their meat by a metal door/plate so you can't see what you're getting. Also, the vegetables have frost on them like they are thawing out from being in the freezer. I will never be back. I'm afraid I might get sick from eating there. I suggest closing this location since there are 2 more in Troy. A Firehouse Sub location would be great there.

They don't honor most Subway coupons.
It is worth the extra 5+ minutes to go to the better Subway in Troy, over by Taco Bell.

Door was locked at 4 employee finally unlocked door got home and sub looked like it was thrown together, sloppy bread torn apart and no mayo I love subway will not be back to this store!!!
Terrible service, no one can speak English or fix anything they messed up and also they are serving raw pork. Miami county health inspectors need to seriously investigate this place

Skimped on everything. English language is apparently rarely used. The Titan Turkey Sub was a travesty! Bread wrong, no vinegar, skimped on meat and veggies. Will never EVER let these people rip me off again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They got my one sandwich wrong and when I called to have them remake it, they tried to argue but eventually agreed to re-make it so I headed to the store and they didn’t re-make it until I gave them my receipt and “proved” it. Wasted 30 minutes over an order they could have easily remade and we’d all be on our way. Makes sense that this specific store is always a dead zone - they drive their customers away and then complain they’re losing money.

First off they don't take buy one get one free footlongs, its not posted but they will take all others....food was under cooked bread was doughy ...so crazy this place is even in business, if you are doing so bad you can honor coupons ..Get out!
It's nice to find out they like to close their store early. Extremely disappointed

Ran into rude customer service at this subway. Also this is the rare one that hardly ever participates in special deals (BOGO, etc). I always order pickup from the app…order may be cold or it may be wrong. You would think they would try harder since our town has several scattered about.

I used to love this subway but the new owners are ruining it. The food was stale, myorder had to be repeated several times, and the lady seemed irritated that she had to take my order to begin with she rolled her eyes when she had to get up.
