I noticed a sign that says the business is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. However, when I arrived at 10:56 a.m., I saw a man preparing to set up. I knocked on the door to ask him when they would be opening, but he just stared at me and continued with his work, completely ignoring my presence. If they are going to be late opening, the least they could do is inform customers about the delay. The sign also said drive-thru open. I waited in the Drive-Thru line and nobody was attending to that.

I waited 45 minutes in the drive through to even get my order taken, only for it to be wrong! The guy asked if i meant to leave a zero dollar tip and then had an attitude after the fact.

My Sister sat here for 20 minutes in the drive thru while the employee inside stood around doing nothing saying there was an online order ahead of her when I called the store he said he needed to pan up a whole thing of bacon for 1 sandwich watched him touch his gloves to his face and not clean his hands or change his gloves I use to work here back with Angie and Angie would never had let this happen this is ridiculous and outrageous this Subway is going down the drain I will not eat here again.The owners need to hire better people and get their restaurant in order before they start loosing multiple if not a lot of customers

For the largest fast food chain, their "fresh" toppings need help. From soggy, old spinach, lettuce and cucumbers to white tomatoes, it's just not fresh. The taste is covered up by super loading multiple sauces. The ONE staff there at dinner rush was great, just not enough workers to get people through to qualify for fast food

So subway corp office decides to run commercials pushing 6.99 footlongs, and employees at the location refuse to honor 30 SECOND NATIONALY ROLLED OUT ADS. This is deceptive marketing/bait and switch. I'm giving this location a horrible rating due this garbage. Not returning. It's bad corp garbage, combined with probably non-existent employee training.

Absolute trash stood in there for about 20 minutes waiting on two subs and two pretzels and they waited until the subs were already made and they went to check us out to tell us that they do not accept coupons so ended up paying about $7 more than anticipated for our meal that should have been about 19 bucks it was about 26 then when we asked why they don't have a sign they told us that they're not allowed to put up signs according to the owner which is technically illegal that's classic bait and switch if I knew how to go about reporting to them to the BBB I would

Ordered a 6 in sub had it picked up, soon as I opened the wrapper mayo was all over wrapper and a half of bottle of it on my sub. The sub was so messy I was scooping the mayo off of it 2 banana peppers and 1 pickle was put in my sub. I will not be going back and t looked like a toddler made my sub and it was absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Who would want to eat it after spending time scooping off all the mayo and how messy it was it definitely wasn’t appealing

Giving 2 stars because my food is always good, however the service seems to vary , last week we ordered ahead on the app like usual and when arrived they said our ticket was pulled but never completed, and then proceeded to serve the entire cafe waiting before our order which was placed 20 min prior to arriving and we were in line before the other patrons as well, so I wasn’t sure why we couldn’t just order there and have it made being that case since they had our ticket , and we were in line, the young man later apologized and said they were busy, we took our food & left, just to come back today a week later and have the same situation and also be accused of ordering at the wrong location, which we had not, and it’s now a reoccurring issue with this location, and might I add at NEITHER TIME, we were offered anything to alleviate the issue, not a coupon, discount, cookie, nothing…
