The two people working were ultimately just rude. The lady had an attitude with people in the drive thru. The guy was very quiet and couldn’t hear him. When I asked if he could put lettuce and mayo on my sandwich he only sprinkled it on and only put a line of mayo. Are y'all rationing? Worst subway I’ve been too ever and won’t be coming back. I don’t recommend this subway unless you’re matching their energy.

Candy is an employee at this subway she is the only reason why I still come to this subway. She is absolutely amazing and deserves more than a raise. She is amazing at what she does. I've only been here 3 times without Candy working and I will walk out if she isn't there. I'm giving her 5 stars not the restaurant!

Figures, the worst subway in ohio is next to my job. They don't like coupons so don't use them and they are in no rush to make your food and would actually prefer you to be just as miserable and pissed off as they are before you order. Good luck.

We stopped here for a *quick* sub for my wife and daughter on Sunday June 23 2024, around 1pm. The service was anything but quick. A full 25 minutes elapsed from the initial walk-in take-out order until the sandwiches were in hand. The two ladies behind the counter displayed obvious signs of annoyance at having to make food for customers. The huffed and sighed loudly to signal their displeasure. Ingredients were missing and not mentioned before making the food. No discounts offered or given to address substandard food. My wife also pointed out that some dried out meat was stuck between a container and the chiller that was visible from the customer’s side of the glass in an effort to alert the employee of a potential food safety issue, she was ignored because the lady, “couldn’t see it” from her side. Toppings were messed between my wife’s sandwich and my daughter’s sandwich, when my daughter politely mentioned it to have it corrected, the lady making the sandwich showed obvious anger toward my daughter. The hostility and lack of professionalism was brutal. It seems from other reviews that we were not alone in receiving pathetic service on that day. Hopefully management reads this review and swiftly responds. Although I don’t live in the area and only visit occasionally, I will NEVER return to this Subway location again. If those two ladies were my employees I would have fired them on the spot and closed the store for the day. Do better.

Not a great experience. Stopped here on a road trip and ordered a steak Philly. They started making my sub then asked me what meat I wanted after I just ordered a steak Philly. She then put the steak on the sub and asked what cheese I wanted (it was supposed to come with American ( they had nothing but shredded cheddar and pepper jack so I did the cheddar. then she toasted my sub and told me after they didn’t have peppers that are supposed to come on the sub. I let it go and left and tried to eat my sub that was supposed to be toasted and it was cold since she toasted 3 subs together for 10 seconds and it actually made me feel sick to try to eat. My brother also tried to substitute ham for turkey and she said they couldn’t do that then replied “ I just work here “ when we tried to question that. She was also not communicating well at all and was quite frankly rude and seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. They were making peoples stuff without informing people they were out of things.

The costumer service was just awful. We were served by a girl who seemed incredibly clueless about what she was doing. We ordered named sandwiches on the menu and she was asking what meat we wanted and basically every ingredient. They didn’t have half of the stuff that came on the sandwiches we ordered either, which they should have told us when we ordered them them. My daughter’s sandwich made her sick. They toasted all three of our subs at once which meant none of them got toasted at all. And they hardly spoke to us. Stay away from this subway.

Stopped here on a road trip. Terrible experience. First they were missing a ton of ingredients which I understand is not their fault but they should have been transparent about that at the door. Instead they began making our sandwiches and told us along the way which ingredients they were missing. Which meant we were paying full price for subs that were missing half their ingredients. The women at the front counter hardly spoke to us and were very quiet to the point you couldn’t hear anything they were saying. I would not suggest stopping or eating here unless you’re desperate. There’s a Wendy’s across the street that has to be at least a million times better.

Emily was the sweetest! It seems unfair that she was the only person working, having to bounce back and forth between drive thru and lobby at peak dinner time. She was able to serve us quickly nonetheless, and our food was great. Give her a raise!!

Dont bother taking a coupon in bc you can only use it on a small portion of their menu so if you plan to eat here and use the coupons they send you in the mail dont waste your time they only accept them on the "build your own subs" which you dont actually build your own sub you choose one of 10 options that half of which are the same thing and pick your toppings still tryin to figure out why they even bother sending out coupons bc you dont even really save money bc of the restrictions they have that arent mentioned on the coupons
