I'm a regular and typically it's great, but whenever there is a missing item that I don't notice until after I get home, I try reaching out via the website. Last time this did not work, hopefully this time will.
You would think a 12 pack of cinnabons would be hard to forget but both times this has happened, they forgot the cinnabons.
edit: 02/10/25 They gave me this steak grilled cheese burrito and it's basically the size of the two dainty little dipping burritos they have out right now. This thing is normally almost twice as long/filled/whatever you want to call it. I only took one small bit off the end, all tortilla because they are clearly skimping. Whoever they have in the kitchen now sucks. Quarter for size comparison, this thing is tiny.

I ordered 4 Cinnabon I got one then had to come back an get the other 2 they was all cold an hard. I also notice my food not portion right. My hard shell was cold an under portion I told them an showed them my product I got it replaced an the hard shell was still cold an not portion right. I paid 24.34 for food that's not worth it. My order number is 118 ordered it at 12:42pm on 2-7-25. Want my money back

Really? Taco pizza is what I ordered. This is what I got. Two tortillas between beans, raci sauce and scattered cheese. No tomatoes or anything. Weak sauce shit. Glad we are settling for less than mediocre.

Most of the time it's good but the last chicken cantina bowl I got was gross. It's my favorite thing to get but now I'm reluctant to get them anymore.
I ordered 3 loaded beef nachos last night 9/27/24 in drive-thru. The quality was horrible. A bunch of nachos barely any meat or cheese or sour cream and tomatoes. To top it off no guacamole. I tried calling the store two times today 9/28/24- Saturday at 1051am. No answer.
