Not really sure what is so hard about putting the ingredients that come on a taco on the taco but this is honestly I’d say to 10th time I’ve ordered a supreme and all they put on it is lettuce. It’s ridiculous

I went through the drive-thru at 12:25 pm, 13Nov25. Ordered a taco party-pack. Got home and the tacos were literally crushed. You would have to be very angry to destroy an order like that. Tried calling, they won't answer. Will never go back. Twenty-one dollars WASTED!

So I doordashed Taco Bell tonight and have never had a worst experience ever in my life. First of all the bag was not sealed as it should have been. The potatoes look like someone ate half. I ordered extra beef on my Mexican pizza and it looked like even less than normal. I am extremely disappointed and will never order Troy’s Taco Bell again. You are better off going to tipp city. And on top DoorDash is saying they basically can’t do anything about it and Troy Taco Bell won’t answer the phone. Go somewhere else and save yourself the money and time
Waited for 30 min inside at 7pm. Granted drive-thru wrapped around. But several people inside waiting for 1/2 hour including us. Why are customers INSIDE ALWAYS WAITING JUST BECAUSE INSIDE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ON WAITING TIME LIKE DRIVE-THRU BUT GET more workers to do both lines not just one line to do all. Hire people to serve your customers.

I’ve waited 30 minutes now for the third time. Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My kids are always hungry and grouchy whenever waiting here. No such thing as fast food here. Management needs to do a better job running their crew. No reason for me to spend as much as I do here and wait longer than sitting down at an actual restaurant. Might as well just skip the Troy store and go straight to tipp city.

I waited in line for over an hour in the drive-through I asked for a manager manager never came. I asked if they could at least come some food that never happened then I get home and over half of my order is missing so I called to complain and ask what I needed to do and the lady I spoke to on the phone hung up on me $22 I paid and over half of my food was missing. I’m not happy.
