Absolutely horrible service. Lady taking orders for the drive through is EXTREMELY RUDE. EXPECIALLY TO DOORDASH DRIVERS. she tells her crew to push all delivery orders last and I've seen people wait for over 30 min for just some small bag. Food is always greasy like super bad. And they always mess up my order and my daughter's order. I refuse to get anything to eat or drink at the restaurant. And I've gkt several people i know as well who have boycotted them because of the disrespectful attitude. I dont know the workers name but she doesn't work weekends only weekdays. Hope this helps other people.

I came at 930 PM since a lot of other restaurants were closing at this time.
I ordered 3 tacos, 2 nachos and cheese, and a small drink. My total came to 17 dollars and some change. Things have gotten very expensive here. Taco Bell used to be a cheap option.
But the craziest thing was that I waited over 20 minutes for my food! And it wasn't just me. The lobby had several customers all waiting for this long or longer.
If your food is low quality and expensive, at least make it fast!
I won't be returning to this location. I'm not sure why things take so long here, but clearly there are issues needing addressed. Not the first time this has happened here.

No one acknowledged customers and took one person to walk out and another 3 or 4 minutes before someone took out order out of large cups out of mild sauce no apology for the inconvenience or anything will not be coming back anytime soon

The taco salad now is as big as a cupcake if you didn't already know. I ordered it and she didn't say it was 1/18 the size of the regular taco salad which is gone now.

Bad enough you charge $4 for a chili cheese burrito and I get this tiny thing, but then you charge NINETY CENTS for sour cream and I don't even get it. See pics 1st one is chili cheese, 2nd is cheese roll up. Blistex added for scale.

The night manager is nasty and the food looks contaminated. Therefore should close this location. Last night I saw a rat around the building. I will contact headquarters

Was working 3rd shift near by . Got 2 chicken cantinas and Pepsi. Waited 26min almost my whole lunch break starving . Sat ate it n parking lot. By time I drove back to work . I threw it all back up in the parking lot. When calling to inform them there food is really old . Why else would it come back up in a 9 min ride back to nursing home i was working at I was told I don't no how I can help you with that and hung up on ....
