Service kinda suckered today my husband's food wasn't good they poured gravy over a wet wipe and expected him to use it um no thanks because thats unsanitary and let's not forget that everytime we order im always the one they come to when they hand me my husband's food to me or they push in between us we spend quite a bit of money at this location but now I think we should come only on Friday's today i feel like I've been disrespected as a customer

Once we got to sit down it was a normal experience. We placed our name on the waitlist since we had a bit of a drive. Our estimated wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. We arrived 30 minutes early to check in so we expected to have to wait 15-30 minutes. As soon as we got there we checked in on our phone and remained in our car. After about 45 minutes, my brother went to ask if the text notifications were working and if we'd be sat soon. The host staff got very rude and said they didn't know why he was asking as they were ahead of schedule with our wait time. If they wait time had changed we had not been notified. It was my mom's birthday so I was disappointed with the rude service. Thankfully once we sat down our server was very nice and our food was good. But in the future it is best to over-do your wait times on a busy night. If you don't people are gonna be upset when they are waiting an additional 30 minutes to be sat on an already long wait time.

Great food and service however they can't ever seem to cook a steak well done and then want to take back and up cook it, not a fan of this process. Upon getting back its like beef jerky.

This was the most disappointing time I’ve ever had at a Texas Roadhouse. The first of the rolls were the worst rolls I’ve ever had compared to any other Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a steak dinner and asked specifically for NO ONIONS and what do I get on my steak when I finally get my food. I got ONIONS and no mushrooms. I asked them to take it back all the waitress said that all the cooks are going to do is just scrape the onions off and give it back to her. My sister got steak medallions, and she asked them to be cooked at medium and they all came to the table medium rare, and she had to send it back to have them cooked more. We never got our sides that we asked for and we just got so fed up. After waiting over 30 mins for them to take our order. Once we got all our food, we all checked it over at this point and we were super disappointed and not happy after waiting so long for our food. We told the waitress, and she talked to her manager. The manager walked up to us, and we explained what happened and she was like we could get the sides but after sending the food back a couple times, we just said we don’t have time because we are on a road trip and have waited long enough. We asked if we could just have some French fries, and she said yeah, I get right on that and bring them to you guys. We wait a little bit, and the manager never even came back with the French fries we asked for, so we thought that was a slap in the face. Super unprofessional sounds like the manager either needs to step down as one or needs more training. I’ve been to a lot of these places, and this was the first one where I didn’t see a manager walking around. 10/10 would not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience we have ever had one as well.

Typical New Year busy, food wasn't perfect but still good. The waitress was nice and attentive, but not overbearing. Always had good experiences at this Texas Roadhouse in particular (Troy, Ohio).
