Once we got to sit down it was a normal experience. We placed our name on the waitlist since we had a bit of a drive. Our estimated wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. We arrived 30 minutes early to check in so we expected to have to wait 15-30 minutes. As soon as we got there we checked in on our phone and remained in our car. After about 45 minutes, my brother went to ask if the text notifications were working and if we'd be sat soon. The host staff got very rude and said...
Great food and service however they can't ever seem to cook a steak well done and then want to take back and up cook it, not a fan of this process. Upon getting back its like beef jerky.
Typical New Year busy, food wasn't perfect but still good. The waitress was nice and attentive, but not overbearing. Always had good experiences at this Texas Roadhouse in particular (Troy, Ohio).
