It was our first time coming to the Caroline and right away the place is very warm and inviting. We were sat outside by request which was very nice and was greeted by our server Erin promptly. The menu was fantastic and the food we ordered was delicious. What made our night though was how wonderful and attentive Erin was. She was extremely kind and very helpful with menu items, drinks, and dessert. She made sure to check on us shortly after anything was brought to our table to make sure it was correct and to our liking. Overall such an awesome experience and again special thanks to Erin for making it an awesome date night. The Caroline will be our go to from now on!

The food was very delicious. We were all very happy with the quality of the meal and good drinks too. We were a little pit off by how long we waited for our table without any real instruction on how long we would have to wait. I made a reservation for 6:30 and we arrived at 6:20 thinking it would be better to arrive a bit early. We checked in at the door, but ended up waiting about 30 minutes before being seated. Other than that, it would have been a 5 star experience.

We came to celebrate my Motherās Birthday. Food was amazing. Service NOT so much. Service was the worst Iāve ever had there. Horrific actually. She was not very personable, unpleasant, not attentive, and acted as if we were more of bother. Over all personality changed the environment of what we were hoping to be an amazing dinner.
Overall we love the Caroline, food is always great! We dinned on the patio this Wednesday and the service was not the greatest. Drinks took well over 15 minutes to get after ordering, and the server was only at the table maybe a total of four times throughout the whole dinner. May have just been a bad night, but the service was very noticeably lacking. Our food came to the table within a reasonable time, was hot and delicious! This one, not so great experience will not keep us from coming back, hopeful for better service next time!

This place has atmosphere and charm. Itās a nice day outside and they let you legally take a drink to go. This place is within whatās called a DORA zone in Troy where you can take a walk and enjoy the nice warm day walking around the square.

Came here for my girlfriendās birthday and our server Erin was the most attentive and charismatic server Iāve had in a very long time. We didnāt even mention my girlfriendās birthday outright, but Erin happened to overhear us and brought out cake and whipped cream without question. Her smile definitely brightened our day. Incredible service.

A wonderful restaurant with delicious entrƩes. Steaks and scallops scampi were enjoyed at our table and all were just amazing!
