Beautiful little restaurant in Troy downtown with a menu offering great meats in particular. Very friendly service. The atmosphere was quite quiet for a Thursday evening but at least the tables are well spaced and we don't have the inconvenience of noise from other restaurants.

I eat here often. However, the past few months, the food has not been that great. The service has been lacking too! They were way better months ago not sure what's going on. I'm switching it up more due to the lack in food a service quality. I have noticed they are not as busy as they once were.

Great local restaurant. Food is good and atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Downtown Troy is a great place to eat and hangout. Parking can be tricky depending on time and busyness - but even if this is the case, parking is available within a block or two.Parking: street parking and small shared lot

I’ve always considered The Caroline as my favorite restaurant until this evening. To start with my husband’s bleu cheese salad dressing was runny. Then on to the main course where our steaks were not the best. Mine was tough and didn’t have a very good flavor and my husband’s was nothing but gristle. Just not worth the money.

Was disappointed as when we got there on a Friday night they said they had a limited menu. Most of what we wanted was on the main menu they had online. They should have had somewhere online stating what the limited menu was. Service was excellent!!!
