Another wrong order for the 4th time in a row!! Ordered through DoorDash and we were missing items again! $60 order with tip and we were missing the following items. Snack wrap, hash browns, everything bagel, everything bagel on bacon egg cheese. DoorDash only credited $5.

I came up from Tennessee for a marathon, and since we don't have Tim's back home, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the North. It was super busy around 11 a.m., but the line moved quickly, the staff remained friendly, and the coffee and donuts were fantastic.
Fingers crossed we'll get a Tim's down south someday!

Honestly I've never sat there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to do their job even had a lady sit there and talk too me so she acknowledged I was there but didn't ask me what I wanted or try to ring me up and I had 7 dollars in my hand so it's not like I was about to order the whole damn menu. Some people actually would like to eat something before they have to work and they expect it to be fast when it's already pre made food. But none the less after I move to the other line where the lady was working her ass off trying to keep up with the customers. The other lady decided to help 1 customer out of the 4 waiting to order food. Very poor team effort and poor service I guess I'll just starve till I get off work and if I collapse I'll figure it out. Thanks guys.

Hows burnt up crossoint for ya...and if you say tap pay the girl has an obsession with apple pay. Its not the only crap that exists its google pay and apple pay and whatever else exists...jeez.
You can tell its a day for them and i share my food with littles. Do us a favor and toast up a crossoint ...hide up the burnt parts with cream cheese and eat it alright! Will have to think if ill be back (6m ago)
Omg... Tried it again I was referencing another iced drink that was 2.99 and I accidentally said iced latte with caramel when I wanted the iced coffee with caramel..
When I brought it up ..the lady has absolutely no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to look in the POS.... It'd be one thing if it was a specialty drink...but you don't even know the common drinks.... That's an issue..
Good luck asking this lady about anything on the menu.... She just wanted to talk super fast and just act flustered and say idk rather than even trying.... Goodness maybe that's why ya here dear...you DONT APPLY YOURSELF

Came to the donut shop at 730 am on Saturday to get 6 dozen of donuts for my company. The lady on the intercom wasn’t sure if they had them and asked me to pull up. The manager I’m assuming was rude and said I need to order ahead of time and they do not keep that many donuts at once. I understand this inconvenienced them but why be rude about it? I’m a paying customer, then when it was time to pay the young man said my card was declined. I have a company card with a very high limit he tried it 3 separate times and said it wouldn’t work. This is the second time he’s done the same thing to me. Instead of saying they don’t want to sell my the donuts they lie and say my card is declined. I went to dunking and spent 100 dollars with no attitude and lies. The staff here are so rude and do not want your money. Will not be back and hopefully the owner trains their staff on how to be polite and take care to their customers.

Me and my husband went through the drive thru and ordered two ice coffee. Wasn’t greeted at all and both our coffee were water down like they made them before we got there. The only positive thing is the lady gave us two extra straws lol…
Food and service was great. They need to work on uplifting the place.
