They didn't get my whole order correct and then when I try to call, they no longer taking phone orders and can't get ahold of anyone cause it won't let you. Very upset

They made disgusting food that was burnt and tasted like old grease from breakfast. Refused to refund it later when my husband came in from work. Said hold on to rotten food til morning.
This place should be shut down. It is nasty and their customer service is terrible.

My 7 yr old daughter & I have had our mommy/mini me dates here more than a handful of times and it has always been amazing. No matter what time from 9am to 11pm the WH team has been so hospitable I just wanted to say thank you!!!!!!

We went in and she immediately started with just so you know we are out of pop, milk, steak and hasbrowns. Can I get you orange juice.....what's even left after that. Since hashbrown bowls and steak and eggs are kind of the signature dishes. How do you run out of simple things like hasbrowns and milk.

Incompetent staff can’t even follow an order ticket correctly. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese grits bowl , received hashbrowns with cheese and ham. Also ordered a Texas bacon egg and cheese melt , with smothered hashbrowns , received PLAIN hashbrowns . Literally incompetent and can’t even communicate with anyone for a refund
